Perfect location: between historic center and kasimiersz neighbourhood. Also the girl at reception was very profesional.
dirty matter cover, but the girl at reception gave us free breakfast for that inconvenient. Something to appreciate

Very spacious apartment with balcony. Comfortable bed, Breakfast was lovely with wide variety of choice and prosecco :) staff very helpful and friendly.
Water in the shower wasn't hot enough for me, carpet in the sitting room wasnt clean and was full of Staines which forced me to keep my shoes on my feet at all time.

Good enough location - 15min walk to main square.
Comfortable & clean room. Room was spacious. Large bathroom very modern. Evening reception staff member Michal was absolutely amazing and super helpful really went above and beyond, very good customer service from him he is a credit to the team!
Smell of sewage in main corridor just off reception toward lift/ main restaurant.
Day reception staff member Vladomyr wasn’t very customer service oriented, on arrival got basic key handover check in. Then on one of the days asked for his help and wasn’t very helpful / willing - other guests in hotel had same opinion after asking for assistance with things to do in area
