The size and the balcony
Stairs but only as I had a bad leg after a fall. Pillows needed an upgrade and better pillow protectors

Clean, easy location. Secure. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Bathroom clean and shower powerful. Bedding and towels provided. Water bottle for each guest left in fridge was a nice touch

The apartment was in a great location with an easy walk to the main square. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped.
The room at the front of the apartment was very noisy from the cars and Trams and one of the windows was broken and hard to fully close. The pillows need replacing they were all lumpy.

This apartment was without doubt one of the best apartments that we have ever stayed at and we stay in them all over Europe. There were 6 adults (2 couples & 2 adult brothers). We stayed in the deluxe apartment with Balcony. The apartment is in a fantastic location, in kazimierz but only 10 mins from old town. ( if you have never been to Krakow, I would recommend you stay in Kazimierz, there is so much to see and do and walk into old town as you want to).
The apartment was ready for us early which was great as we got into Krakow at 10am. Getting into the apartment was very simple but had 2 coded doors which was great for security. We could not believe the apartment when we got inside. It is very very spacious, 3 large spacious bedrooms with Double beds in each. The apartment was really spotless including the 2 large bathrooms. Showers in both bathrooms were very good with plenty of hot water and shower pressure was great in both. There were plenty of towels provided. Also ample shower gel and hand soap in each.
The kitchen area does not have an oven but that was not an issue for us. ( in kazimierz there is absolutely no need to be cooking during a holiday there. So many places to eat cheaply) The kitchen was so well equipped with everything that we needed.
The balcony was out of one of the bedrooms, (again not a problem for us) it is lovely with a view of the courtyard.
I dealt with Damian throughout our stay. We had no need to contact him as he was very attentive and reached out to us half way through to arrange new towels for us.
I cannot stress how good this apartment was. And Krakow and Kazimierz are absolutely fantastic. It was a fantastic week and the apartment absolutely made it for us

There is nothing negative that you could say about this apartment, it was fantastic in every way.
The one note I have for every apartment I stay at. 2 sets of keys for 6 people is not always enough. It’s just a note!
