The air conditioning in the air stream. Was so hot and it was loud. Would love to go in the winter

AC controller was finicky and challenging to adjust temperature.

Such an amazing experience staying in the desert! The trailers are incredibly clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with a great shower, AC and plenty of storage space. The location is ideal, very close to the entrance of Joshua Tree National Park, which makes it easy to really enjoy the park without spending too much time driving back and forth. The property itself also has lovely amenities, and everyone we interacted with was warm and helpful. A perfect mix of the camping-in-the-desert experience and all the comforts you could want.

Breakfast was bare bones. Only coffee (which they ran out of) and very low quality "granola". No cleaning service (unless you paid extra). And they kept an outdoor cat which they acknowledged killed birds but justified it by saying it also killed rodents and lizards and kept the property "clean". Not OK in a place that touts nature and sustainability
