Good choice for breakfast and cooked to order. The Room was large enough and comfortable.
The Spiral Staircase to our Room, which we weren't aware of until we booked. As we were at the top of the House hot water took a while to come through .

Arrived for self check-in at the agreed time with no issues. We had a message from the hotel to say that the tablet in our room had been damaged by the last occupant so had to order breakfast via a text. The room was compact but had an excellent outdoor balcony looking into the woods and a stream. The host was great and the breakfast was 10/10. It’s an ideal location,5 mins walk to Windermere and a 10 min walk to Bowness-On-Windermere and the bus stop is 10 mtr away
The parking bays a very tight but being able to park in the church car park was great.

Friendly staff and location
Access to room was difficult up a spiral staircase especially for anyone with mobility issues so perhaps needs to be highlighted on booking form to avoid issues
