Room 12 beautiful appointed. Fridge an excellent addition very clean and welcoming. Breakfast food tasted wonderful.
Breakfast service is extremely slow, on Tuesday morning,not offered second cup of coffee. the waiting for cooked breakfast took half hour and asking for toast takes another 15-20 minutes, this is very slow service for 20 people seated in the dining room. We waited an hour for our breakfast on Wednesday morning,after we ordered, which is not what we expected from a well recommend hotel as yours. When the food arrived it was excellent. We arrived in the Dinning room at 8.45am and left after breakfast 10.20am (this is to long for service)

Lovely and clean, great location 15 mins walk from the lake, got a room with a view! The staff were so lovely and friendly, the bed was the comfiest anywhere I’ve stayed, the breakfast was fab. We’ll be coming back!
The only thing slightly wrong was that the shower temperature varied a little (hot-warm-hot), but I assume it’s because I was showering at peak times.
