We enjoyed the location, quite central to town and convenient for shops and restaurants.
Free Off street parking is also a bonus. Clean comfortable room with good facilities.
We were able to buy takeaway and consume it in the bar downstairs.
Stairs were hard going for an out of shape chap. No lift. But that was just a minor thing.

The beds were so comfortable, the breakfast was lovely that you could personalise your cooked breakfast and it was served with a smile and very prompt. The location was brilliant to the harbour a 10 minute walk, the hill was steep walking back so took taxis which only cost £5 - perfect
The hill but easily overcome by taxis and taxi rank was easy to find and never waited .

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Lovely bar with live music twice a week. Bed was comfortable. Coffee maker downstairs in the morning. A good base for catching the bus to other areas. Nice walk down to the harbour. Good drinks deals and nice ale. Had breakfast only once, because I struggle to eat a lot first thing and it was lovely.
I had booked very last minute so didn't realise there would be so many flights of stairs to my room. The rooms need updating really. Shower was good. Toilet seat had an area where it seemed to have perished due to over use. It didn't affect anything but needs replacing. The outdoor pool was small but nice, was not obvious where it was but once I'd found out, tried it once. I had hoped there would be loungers but there were chairs only, probably due to lack of space. Would have been great to have more live music in the week too. Furniture was very outdated and there were gaps in the drawers. Washbasin plug was broken..
