This place is so cool, it’s so trendy and cool and the rooms are super comfortable!
The linen smelt a little damp (but I’m being very nit picky it wasn’t bad)

The location is amazing. Walking distance to everything. If you like shopping, stay here. All the big shops seconds away. Staff always available and very helpful.
WIFI was very poor. Could've been an issue while I was staying there.

The location is great, just in the city center, very good area. You have everything around, shops, restaurants, mall. everything is walking distance. I enjoyed the place a lot. Staff is super nice, you even have a coffee shop connected to the hotel downstairs.
I requested for a queen size bed. Which was in the options I was provided with when I booked (deluxe queen or twin) and did not receive it which I found disappointing as I don't find is comfortable to sleep in two small beds connected. I requested this before arriving at the hotel few days in advance.

Location and friendly attendant were the only complements I can give.
Vibe was almost like being in a red light district. Room was small poorly laid out. Needs a refresh. Lots of dirt and grime in corners. Hot water never got hot. Air conditioner didn't blow hard and took a long time to cool. For any appliance to work it requires the room key to be inserted in a slot which caused the room to heat all day. Seemed like a hookup hotel. One slow elevator for 5 floors. With all the lights on and curtains open room was dark. Luckily we only needed 1 night which is why I didn't complain to the management.
