Very friendly restaurant staff . Very clean hotel .
The beach is the hotel next to a pier and it brings together a lot of sargassum. The bathrooms.too small the toilet.the shower without privacy.

The room type and location was amazing!The staff was great as well !
It had a very bad sewage smell in the room plus some of the property and all the restaurants and swim up bars weren’t open or closed very early .

The advertised amenities were not available. Premium Xhale was money wasted. The all Inclusive cuisines for food was crazy when they served burgers and fries everyday for lunch. I came for differentiated food associated with the culture. 24 hrs room service is not true. Room amenities don't work like the TV for vanity room service and the tablet malfunctions. For 8 days we had 1 show. Premium alcohol wasn't true, rooftop for xhale is not worth it go to the 1 out of 3 swim up bars they had open.
