Breakfast buff was delicious, enough choices for to eat and good coffee, staff very friendly, very clean and nice the facilities
We got doble bed but it was bit bizarre the design with those separate with wood wall, feeling like in a box and couldn’t even see my son from my bed, small room so bad that’s the only design for doble beds so we have to change the hotel but everything else was very good

You need to be specific on the pet friendly type it is before making the reservation, they asked me for a letter about my dog.

This is my 3rd time staying here. Great customer service, wonderful room, comfortable bed, and it has a bath, which I love. I love the toiletries in the room from a local company called Yucatan Senses. Strong wifi and very quiet room, with good soundproofing. I only noticed on this stay how amazing their rooftop pool is. I will definitely go for a swim on my next stay, An amazing place.

THE HOTEL IS NEW, PRETTY NICE. THE DOBBLE ROOM CONCEPT IS UNIQUE AND PERFECT WHEN SHARING A ROOM
THE TV DID NOT WORK, THE DOOR DID NOT OPEN (SOMETHING ABOUT THE BATTERY) THE STAFF TOOK 1 HOUR OR MORE TO GET IT OPEN. AND JUST BEFORE LEAVING THE HOTEL THE ELECTRICITY FAIL, WE ENDEN GOING DOWN THE STARS THAT DOES NOT HAVE EMERGENCY LIGHT, MAKING VERY DANGEROUS WITH MY MOM OF 75 YEARS OLD.
