The property was excellent. The facilities were great, the gym was fantastic, and the food was very good most of the time. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
If I had to mention one small point for improvement, it would be the food, which could be slightly better, although it was not a major issue.

Good location, nice and smart architecture.
Not enough staff and not well trained, though very very friendly.
Not sufficient sun-beds around the pools and beaches even though there would have been space (high season). Pool in the family area seemed constantly unclean.
Not enough capacity in the à la carte restaurants. In 7 nights we managed to reserve only twice (once only without kids). I can’t take the high season as an excuse here. This is simply calculated by hotel chains. Extra pay restaurants in the Conrad were fully booked as well, so no way to buy ourselves out of it. Just trapped with buffet restaurant. Not saying the food was bad there. Only with kids in a buffet restaurant, you don’t get to enjoy the evening.
