The restaurants were great amazing food. The rooms were nice. The air conditioning was amazing.
We couldn’t go in the ocean because the seaweed which I know is not the fault of the facility. It’s just the area. The crowd was a little rough. Fights at the bar couples fighting in their room.
They were actually breaking things having parties smoking pot just not my scene. And really nothing done about it the noise level to room room is really high. The pool activities are OK we’ve been to another resort that have a lot more activities constantly keeping people active.

Great good and drink, friendly staff. The rooms themselves are massive and comfortable.
Definitely geared towards American tourists which is not bad itself of course but felt more homogenous compared to most places I’ve been.
We had a problem with being placed between two extremely loud couples (who knew each other???) and had to request a room change. There was no respect for privacy or loudness. On our last night it was much, much better.
We were in a suite with the infinity pool and I think they should add in separators so you feel as if you have your own space as opposed to an odd situation where random people swim past your room. Makes it feel less private so it’s a very puzzling design decision.
It would be nice if you could pre-book the restaurants before your stay.

Very beachy
Very confusing signage that was out of date .
Having to wait for golf carts at high demand times as the resort is very spread out .
Staff were efficient but not friendly .
Could not get reservations to speciality restaurants - THIS is a problem
