1. Bell boy staff were all amazing & have great can-do attitudes
2. Favorite restaurants in order: UMO, ZEN, WAI, CIAO
3. Heaven building & services is reason why I’ll come back
Only 1 concierge out of 10 were helpful & knowledgeable (everyone else seemed like they were lying to me or just pushing me to another concierge staff)

quality of food , water park and everything was super clean
restaurants are super noisy, does not feel like 5 star hotel. staff at the entrance of the restaurants are always trying to avpid people getting a table. specially the sushi restaurant .
