Beautiful place - well located - hotel facilities really nice - Restaurants with very good food -

The hotel is really beautiful and the laguna (although small) is a gem, we loved snorkeling there and is free of sargassum. The staff was very friendly, they kindly allowed us to check out late for free and we also loved the snorkeling trip booked through the diving center of the hotel. The water in front of the beach is crystal clear.
Except for the breakfast buffet, the food was not up to standards: very expensive but low quality, and the restaurant is incredibly slow at serving (at least an hour even when they’re empty). The infinity pool by the laguna is really beautiful but it’s the family pool which means it gets very busy and noisy, while the adult pool is in another location, far from the beach (and therefor always empty). We found a bit unusual that the tennis rackets were free to use but we had to daily rent the snorkeling gear, I’d expect the opposite given the main activity is the ladder. We didn’t mind but FYI the sand part of the beach is only the laguna in front of the pool.
