Un bel établissement situé au bord d’une plage magnifique. Un joli jardin paysagé, et surtout, un personnel d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Un point particulier pour les repas. Pour éviter tout gaspillage on nous fait choisir le matin le menu du déjeuner. La présentation des assiettes, le travail des saveurs et la qualité sont excellents. Une très belle surprise. Le soir c’est un buffet.
Le seul point négatif, ce sont les piscines, qui restent quasi vides toute la journée car l’eau est froide !! Un vrai problème puisque la spécificité de la côte Est est de permettre la baignade seulement la moitié de la journée. C’est dommage.

L'accueil du personnel. Ils pensaient que nous arrivions le lendemain et pour s'excuser, ils nous ont offert un massage en couple de 30mn. Le manager est top, attentif à ses clients, souriant et à l'air bienveillant avec son personnel. La chambre face mer offre une vue magnifique sur l'île de Mnemba.
Le manque de choix de cocktails dans la formule tout inclus et le manque de choix dans les plats en cuisson minute

The pool was amazing .. very serene quiet area .
The shower gel and conditioner weren’t marked..
The facilities inside are outdated
There is no phones in e rooms so you have to walk all the way down to reception every-time you need someone
I didn’t feel the warmth of the welcome from the owner/ manager
The food options very limited and bland
