Location is everything in Chicago. Just down the street from navy pier. We walked everywhere!
My documents said 200 dollar deposit when we got there it was 200 a night. Out clearly doesn’t say 200 per night. I told the desk and showed them and the reply was yeah a few people showed me this.

Amenities were outstanding.
We weren't able to check in until 4 p.m. and then our room was still not quite ready do to a lighting issue. However, they did let us in the room to change and go to our event and they changed the light while we were away. Check in process is a bit of a pain, but it seems to be in the spirit of safety so rolled with it.

Its location is perfect for walking downtown Chicago and the building amenities are excellent including the pool and games room.
It could have been cleaner and the oven didn’t work.

The location was perfect for our needs on this particular trip. The entire kitchen was very useful. And the bathroom was clean as well.
Having to call each time to gain access to the garage to park. The parking space available not being wide enough to accommodate a large SUV with car seats installed.
No access to a luggage cart upon check in and check out. Having no access to housekeeping even after calling and making a request which was acknowledged, documented and scheduled to be fulfilled.
Having no access to trash pickup or the trash chute as it was broken. Being told to bring trash down ourselves daily which was necessary as we stayed with small children.
Some staff friendly and others not so much.
