Will not be returning

I liked that there were little seating areas with separate TVs on the main floor to eat at with the kids so that we did not have to eat in our room.

Other than the one thing I mentioned that I did like, I did not like anything else. The pool was freezing cold and we ended up having to pay to go somewhere else to swim. The room was dirty and the shower was falling apart so we did not even shower while there. They charge my credit card as soon as I checked in when they were not supposed to until my stay was over.

Perfect location on the River to see it get dyed green for St Patty's Day.

Location of the hotel being right on the river which allowed us to see the water being dyed green for St Patty's day. Being close allowed for us to be able to run back to the room when it got cold or we wanted to just get inside.

Escapada invernal en el corazón de Chicago.

Ubicación, instalaciones, vista espectacular desde mi habitación.

Personal del front desk con poca iniciativa de servicio. No hablan español ni tienen la más mínima intención de auxiliar al huésped. El agua para bañarse no estaba suficientemente caliente.

Bien ubicado pero personal nefasto con excepción de Gabriela la señora que trabaja en el restaurante. No lo recomiendo !

Su personal y costo -beneficio, no se justifica !

Mid for the price

Good location. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Room size was nice. View was amazing. Great room service. Nice to be able to cast to the tv from phone.

No hot water!!! Fridge wasn’t cold enough. No microwave in room. Beds weren’t very comfy. No food delivery to room.

Die Lage ist super, sehr gute Anbindung an die Hochbahn und die Blue line zum Flughafen. Sehr bequeme Betten und eine tolle Aussicht aus dem Zimmer mit Riverview

Nice hotel comfortable stay

Everything was nice and clean and the view was amazing

I didn't get the room as it was described to me in my conformation was suppose to be a double spacious room with a sitting area and shower and separate tub.

Great Hotel in the Centre of Chicago

I liked the location and fast check-in. The room was specious and the beds were comfortable, clean and tidy.

I did not like the bathroom towels. They are small and limited in number. They don't smell nicely as you expect from clean towels. There is not enough toiletry for couples and are not replenished daily.

Excellent location and very nice rooms - front rooms can be very noisy at night

The location is excellent, very central/loop, and amazing views across the river. Our upgraded room was lovely and clean (albeit very very noisy, as low level facing road). Some of the staff at reception were lovely and very helpful - Deja and Dominic in particular. Gyn was lovely overlooking the river.

All rooms with city available were close to a noisy lift. We were re-roomed to an upgraded room with river view but unfortunately the cars/car radios were even more noisy. The member of staff checking us in was not very helpful. A large deposit is taken off credit card and there was some confusion around the final payment/refund. Also we booked with breakfast included, not something the hotel seems used to.

We stayed at the hotel 14-16 of July, we payed the deposit , the staff said they will return money after check out, but 1 month we are still waiting our money back

We'd be happy to be back at any next occasion.

Couldn't think of a better location! High quality beds and equally equipped room, large enough for a family of four.

Elevator service was limited at the time - long waiting before the ride up or down due to necessary repair to two out of four elevators.

Great stay in Chicago

Great hotel close to the Riverwalk. The staff were very friendly and polite. The room was very big for 2 people with a nice sofa. Comfy bed.

Beautiful view of the Chicago River

The view of the river and surrounding buildings was beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfortable and the room was spacious.

There was no pool or complimentary breakfast. The valet parking assistants were great but the street was so crazy busy
