Location was excellent, bed was comfortable, but shower doors would not stay closed causing quick showers with towels used to sop up floors (mentioned to front desk)

The location was extremely convenient, the view from our room on the 15th floor was stunning, but it was the friendly and helpful staff that really made this place excellent.
I had one minor issue with the tv, which the staff fixed immediately. No complaints.

I like that the location was close proximity to a lot of other businesses.
I did not like that I was unable to get internet access. My tv was not working properly and I could not turn the volume down. I requested additional face towels and did not receive them.
