Not worth the money, horrible service from both Vacasa and Booking.com when issues come up like no parking anywhere in t

Location was the only thing this property had going for it.

No parking…anywhere. It was not made known that the parking structure was deemed unsafe until a week before we came and it was too late to cancel. The parking structure was 40/night and it was far from the condo. There was no support in any way to offer a shuttle service through this condo rental. Other condos in this building were rented through another property management service and did offer a shuttle service. I called numerous times to get support with where to park and how to get our things to the property and not a single person offered help. Vacasa and Booking.com both offered nothing and hung up on me several times. I am deleting this app and will post on my social media to warn others of the mess. This condo was expensive and the beds were horrible, hard and had the most uncomfortable sheets we’ve ever slept on. The condo was tiny and extremely dated. I’m fine with that if the price was reasonable, but I paid 1700+ for 2 nights so not cheap.

no communication about any changes after us researching & booking our holiday 8 months in advance

it wasn’t the unit advertised at the time of booking ….the car park became condemned last Oct and no one contacted us plus the management changed and changed location for key collection without any communication until we arrived at the wrong place. I flagged these item with Drew the manage and was told to take it up with Booking.com I then run out of Toilet Paper as only two rolls had been left for our 11day stay and never got any response! I’m disabled and have a hard time travelling with my family that likes to ski ….all of the above made my holiday hard work without the original management company looking after us with a shuttle van to transport us around ! all changed with no communications !!! very poor

Vacassa was Negligent in the information provided and our enjoyment was Significantly Impacted.

View, large patio, number of beds, dining room table

Finding the Property: The address of the property provided was NOT where the location of the building was - Google took us to an adjacent property and there were trees and a stream between that location and the building.... every one of our party arriving spent at least 1/2 hour trying to find the building.... why not put clear instructions as to how to find the building in the information provided ahead of time? Or at least a map for people at check in. Handicapped Access: There should have been notice about extensive stairs needed to be negotiated just to get to the elevator... you should NOT assume everyone who wants to rent the property is young and able - In fact, you should clearly state that the property is NOT Handicapped compatible. Broken Elevator: East Elevator broken and we were on the 5th floor and had to use the West elevator at the far end of the building. NO Place to drop off people, bags and food at the building and NO Notice of this beforehand. Finding the Parking Garage: Location was NOT the address of the building and was inconspicuous to find - NO NOTICE Confusing Parking Notices: Vacassa passed on that the owner said the parking might be unsafe and that we could find parking on the street(turned out to be very few spots) or pay for parking at another parking garage - when in fact, the parking garage was safe and the message should have told us about (1) No drop off at the building - best place to drop off people/bags/items, (2) How to find the entry to the parking garage, (3) the extensive construction on the road adjacent to the property. Hot Tub and Spa Noticed Closed: It was actually open, so we actually missed the opportunity to use it due to being misinformed. We found out late in our visit that it was operating and available.

We enjoyed the stay.

Steamboat and the view was great. We went off season so the area was not crowded and closed so we enjoyed the low crowd.

The check in and finding the garage felt like a scavenger hunt. Luckily a gentlemen met us at the check in. It was back behind the building in a room. The unit itself was a bit dated but that was fine. The host was responsive to our questions once they texted us.

This place is a bit worn, but it is in a fantastic location. BYO coffee.

A staff member was present when I came in to pick up the keys. I couldn't find the lock box number in my texts or emails from the management, so they looked it up for me, and I was able to access the keys to parking/apartment.

Returning the key was a different experience, as no one was in attendance in the office to tell me the code. I should have written it down upon arrival, but I did not. I called the help line, and I got the code. It took a bit longer.

Beautiful location - No onsite management - Good luck getting keys - Two pop machines is all get!

Very clean and comfortable, soft beds, newly renovated kitchen. Wi-Fi works well and there is a nice TV in each bedroom and living area. The mountain air was fresh and view spectacular, we saw some young deer playing just outside the back window. The hosts and manager, when you can reach them, are very nice and will do whatever it takes to make your stay right.

The whole host key delivery system is a disaster. The single building keyfob for the two of us, had to picked up at a different location (not walking distance) and there is no front desk or management at the property. We were not the only ones finding it difficult to find our keyfob and get in the building. If you have a problem you have to call some customer service number or send emails. Then the small business, restaurants and theater that were right next door and on top of the condos underground garage are gone, leaving far less to do nearby. Then that parking garage is quite a hike from the building and has temporary support structures holding it up that don't look like they have been checked on in a while. I am not a structural engineer. Just sayin!

Overall a great exoerience

Excellent location by a creek, top corner condo. The rooms on different levels with their own bathrooms. Patios are fantastic It is quiet between the units due to brick walls. Elevator and nice lawn in front of the building. Cover garage with security is great but hard to find. It is below and behind other structures. Good cable choices for down time.

High cleaning fees for those that eat out and do not linger in the condo all day. The fees are probably the same cost if you stay one night or one week regardless of the number of people. Skipped on toilet paper and paper towels. Dirty floor carpets in bathroom. Unit is outdated and bedroom furniture too large for the space. But comfortable.
