Saray saved us! We had an emergency landing on Tenerife and we we're searching some place to stay for one night. We booked okeanos pretty late, but Saray registered us without any issues and was very helpful. Okeanos is perfect for one night base :)

- They didn't reply to calls per whatsapp and phone;
- They didn't provide duvets (only a bed sheet) and after asking gave us a very old blanket with holes in it;
- Very late check-in (not possible before 16:00)
- Staff doesn't speak English
