Animation team - Ariana, Samu and the team were very friendly, genuinely nice to our kids and kept our kids entertained.
Purchased tour - A Treasure of Nature. Our tour guide (didn’t get his name) was very knowledgeable, kind and patient with children. Our kids had a great time on the tour.
Dinner was too late for very young kids. Not a lot of facilities for very young kids, staff at the animation team were great, but facilities were limited for little kids eg no swing/slide/climbing frames.
I felt the hotel was not really for young families.
Bedding had a mark and hole in, this could have been of better condition.
Although there were a lot of pools, some of them seemed very similar. I expected very different pools or maybe different functions eg wave machine which would have been more entertaining for kids.
