Great location in hip South Side Flats neighborhood. Perfect for cyclists with the bike garage, tools, and air pumps. Loved the breakfast and socializing in the Great Room. Owners Paul and Mary Beth were great hosts. Enjoyed meeting Peabody, the resident pup, too.

The staff was on site early each morning to lay out breakfast. Everything provided was fresh and high quality. Best coffee I’ve had in a while. Also, I was impressed that the proprietor was hanging out in the common room, chatting with guests like we were old friends. The whole place has a friendly, welcoming vibe. The bed was so cozy I didn’t want to leave it!
