The room was nice, a lot of space. Bed was comfortable, shower was great, loved the little lift that helped with shaving my legs LOL. I liked that body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were in the shower for easy access. I only had my room open once during my stay, and housekeeping did a great job in restocking and tidying up. The staff were great, really loved how helpful they were.
I couldn't find a way to adjust the fridge temperature; it froze my leftover dinner. No sign for "do not disturb" I had to go down to the front desk to get a sign. I am weird and didn't want anyone entering the room while I was inside, I prefer to be gone when they come. The pool area - the pool was pretty cold, so not very comfy to use at first, also didn't care that it was level with the parking lot so anyone could walk by and look inside, though I guess the windows could have been one way. Not sure I would suggest for others using the bus to get around the city. While the bus there could get you anywhere, it was a little uncomfortable walking to and from it. I got stopped at least once a day for someone asking for money at the gas station there. The breakfast - eggs had no flavor to them, bacon was burnt and sausage watery (sitting in some water). Would have liked some vanilla yogurt. The bagels were good.

Room was ok.
I asked for a 2 queen room and they gave me a king size room. They said I cannot move to another room since the hotel was overbooked. They also did an extra charge in my room.

We have stayed there multiple times. And we stay there more.
I thought it was crazy that for one night the price was almost $500.

The hotel was clean, and the rooms and bathrooms were decent.
Breakfast was disappointing. There was no AC in the breakfast area, so it was very hot and crowded. There was also not enough seating, my family and I couldn’t find a place to sit. The food options were very limited and mediocre at best.
