A nice reliable place to stay during an emergency at home where they've got your back!
The bed was fabulously comfortable and I'm so very happy when the TV is either a smart tv that's easy to connect to and doesn't require some paid app or something or it's easily connectable via an HDMI cord! Also like that there was a fridge and microwave in the room. Sadly I slept in too late for breakfast and never had time to get in the pool. The manager that was on duty when it was time for me to check out was so kind and patient giving me a very generous late check out as I was trying to come up with funds to stay another night and I wish I had gotten her name cause she was deserving of pat on the back for sure! Shorter stylish black lady probably about 50yrs old.
The ac in the room was pretty weak and didn't get very cold either and that was the main reason for the stay as my power was out at my house and I have an elderly dog who needs it. Also the finishes and fixtures in the room were becoming a bit weathered. The microwave that I mentioned above was filled with a glacier and seemed to only be getting it's coldness from that glacier. The coffee in the room was putrid probably mainly because it had such sad and cheap fixings for it. I forget what all the listing said the room had but one thing I know for sure was that it was listed as "pet friendly" which I was notified by management that it in fact is NOT pet friendly.

Very poor
The room was filthy . Stains on mattress and carpet. I noticed the mattresses were miss matched. If it hadn’t been so late we would have left and stayed somewhere else even though we already paid for the room.

Bad
I am a fairly seasoned traveler who has lived in NYC, LA, and downtown Baltimore. I am not afraid of cities and have seen some “interesting” hotels in my travels. This was, by far, THE WORST HOTEL I’VE EVER STAYED IN. I stayed here with my son’s baseball team and several of the rooms upon check in were unacceptable and had to be switched. When I say unacceptable, I mean uninhabitable. Along with broken toilets and clogged bathtubs and sinks, we were met with bloody sheets, damp beds that upon further inspection revealed fresh yellow liquid that smelled of urine, and piles of mucus or some sort of “bodily fluid” on the floor. To make things even worse, when we returned from dinner, we found nefarious characters in the parking lot crawling under our cars with duffle bags. We told the front desk and the security guard, who is supposedly guarding the lot we were required to pay $22 per day to park in, was lounging in the lobby. He went out and chased them out at our request. Just before the worst night of sleep ever, I looked out the window to be sure our car was still safe, I witnessed a person repeatedly smash the window of one of the cars until it broke. I went to the front desk again and we called the police, who did not come for the twenty minutes I waited in the lobby at their request as I was an eye witness. Another family, arriving late, was given the key to an occupied room. They discovered a sleeping family when they entered, luckily another baseball family, and returned to the front desk. The front desk then called the occupants, who checked in much earlier, and told them they “better get out cause they were in the wrong room.” The security guard then banged on the door and tried to get them to leave, to leave the room they were given the keys to when they checked in! Positively absurd. Needless to say, most of us checked out the next morning. Did I mention the discarded needles in the surrounding neighborhood and in the parking lot of our hotel?
