Ruhig am Rand der Altstadt

Eine große Wohnung mit viel Stauraum. Mit 2 Lichtschächten gibt es viel Tageslicht und die Wohnung lässt sich gut lüften. An Rande der Altstadt, also kurze Wege bei wenig / keinen Lärm. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und guter Bäcker in der Nähe. Vom Bahnhof nur 20min zu Fuß. Unkomplizierte Übergabe, weil mit Tür-Code und Schlüssel--Safe. Schneller Internet-Zugang.

Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock. Die Treppe ist eng und steil (kein Aufzug). Es wäre einfach, die Zufriedenheit weiter zu steigern. Etwas Waschmittel, Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker kostet nicht viel, aber das wäre eine gute Grundausstattung. Mehr als 3 Tassen wären auch gut und ein intakter Wäscheständer.

Klein en niet netjes.

Het terras en voldoende eetgerief

Niet proper, er lagen nog haren in de badkamer en vuil onder het eettafeltje Klein tafeltje om aan te eten met kleine stoeltjes. 1 poot van redelijk vuile zeteltjes staat los en is niet veilig om te zitten. Alles bij elkaar kleine ruimte. 87 Trappen naar boven om op de studio (geen appartement) te komen en geen lift. Onpersoonlijk, niemand daar, alles via Whatsapp.

Had a great stay and appreciated the space and location.

Great location, responsive hosts. Lots and lots of space any good deal for the money we paid.

The furniture in the living area could use an update. Couch not very comfy and table was a bit unstable.

El aíre no funcionaba en la cocina comedor. La limpieza regular y las toallas muy ásperas y usadas

Cumple en situación y limpieza, poco más.

Muy buena ubicación, en el centro del casco histórico de Cartagena.

La puerta del portal hacía mucho ruido, las habitaciones dan a patios interiores y no se pueden cerrar las puertas a estos patios desde dentro. La ropa de cama olía mucho a humedad.

Not a nice area but close to shops

Nice balcony, great aircon.

Stayed in the “penthouse “ room 4, on the 4th floor (87 steps) 1 coffee machine and a 2 ringed hob. Had 2 use a pan to keep making tea. Fridge was good. A further 5 steps with no rail to get up to the bathroom. There was 2 holes (1 big) in the ceiling which we had to cover with tape. Outside was a building site that started making a lot of noise from 7am

Cartagena night

The location of the appartement was amazing, realy in the center and near everything. The AC is controlled in every room was is a very very good feature we really appreciated that. The availability of a dishing machine was good also.

Because of the amazing placement of the appartement was very hard to find a place to park the car. There isn't much natural light in the appartement because of the layout.

Spacious and central location

Spacious apartment with TV and kitchen amenities …. Good location for strolling around

Even though the apartment has two windows, they only look into the short courtyard. A welcoming bottle of water in the fridge would’ve been most welcome after walking up four flights of stairs.

Cool but 4th floor and no elevator really kills the mood.

The terrace was definitely the best part, very big. A/C was very much welcome to be able to sleep.

4th floor no elevator. One of the sheets smelled like cat pee. Bed too small for 2 people, and I was with a child. WCs were accessed using stairs with no handrail, which could be dangerous for a child. Bed mattress too soft for my liking. Nice terrace but the view was a half-demolished building and a crane.

Relaxing break and the day we arrived there was a fiesta which was fun. Ideal location!

A welcoming and friendly host who always replied whatsapp messages quickly. The studio was clean and adequate for two and had a nice spacious terrace. The shower was powerful and clean.

We were on the 4th floor with no lift and the stairs were steep (67 stairs). Sadly my husband has a bad knee so it was not ideal and It would have been good to have known ahead of the booking. There were. Approx 5 steps which led to the bathroom with no banister from the bedroom which was a hazard and I nearly missed the top step in the night (accident waiting to happen). Also the WiFi was poor at times which was inconvenient.

Very relaxing 2 day stay in the heart of Cartagena in superb accommodation.

Exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Every room was furnished and decorated to a very high standard. Location was perfect for the centre of Cartagena.

Good value apartment, centrally located

The apartment is centrally located, and excellent for a family or group of friends. It was well equiped and comfortable, and the check in was easy.

The apartmentment was a bit noisy, both from street noise, and adjacent apartments.
