Upper floor had very good view
Room was very clean but a little small

Everyone made an effort to speak in English even the staff at the restaurant up stairs used translation apps and when the menu wasn’t working on my phone even passed me his in English also made me feel comfortable and at ease and made sure I had everything I needed
The ph of the bottled water was 8.22 in the uk we drink 7.25 So my stomach didn’t like the water in future maybe they could invest into some of the brands that do spring water like nestle

Everything was as expected. Enjoyed the complimentary detox water at lobby. Did not take advantage of it but I thought it was great to have a rooftop restaurant at the hotel.
Location was alright, just outside of all the tourist things you may be interested in seeing. The public transportation like bus and metro are not to far that you couldn't still access the city center

Employees do whatever possible
Cleanliness, technical- lift not sufficient one of them not working, room half of the lamps off, safe box and refrigerator not working.
