Apartamentul este mare, situat intr-o zona centrala, la un minut distanta de Mercado Central. Am ajuns destul de repede la plaja, in jur sunt multe magazine, se ajunge repede pe jos la cele mai multe dintre obiectivele turistice. Bucataria este complet utilata, dar noi am preferat sa mancam in oras, deci nu am folosit-o prea mult. Paturile au fost foarte confortabile, chiar am dormit foarte bine. Unul singur dintre dormitoare are baie proprie, iar cea de a doua baie este separata. Per total, am fost multumiti de cazare.
Apartamentul are nevoie cu siguranta de reparatii. Pe alocuri zugraveala este cojita. Aerul conditionat de la unul din dormitoare (cel cu baie proprie) nu functioneaza. Ni s-a spus ca daca il pornim va curge. Aerul conditionat din living se pare ca a avut aceeasi problema, se vede cum apa s-a scurs pe perete si a umflat toata plinta, dar acum functioneaza.
Pentru cei care se vor caza aici este bine de stiut ca apartamentul este la etajul 5 intr-o cladire veche, cu un lift la fel de vechi, in care am urcat doar cate doua persoane.

Location was good,close to beach,esplanada and market
The foam mattress which made us really hot when sleeping, also because apartment is just on the main street we couldnt keep our windows open at night because of noise. The apartment is a bit run down and needs renovation. The kitchen door makes a squeeky noise that we were thinking at some point there might be ghosts lol. It was ok per total, but I think it needs some work done and then make even rent at higher cost.Also,it said it has 5 bathrooms but it only has 2. It wasnt a problem for us but I do have a problem with false advertising. I have been told that it will be rectified.

Siamo assolutamente entusiasti della nostra esperienza nella casa vacanze ad Alicante! 😍 Questa meravigliosa proprietà ha tutto ciò che si può desiderare per una vacanza rilassante e divertente. Con 3 camere e 2 bagni, c'è spazio abbondante per tutta la famiglia o per un gruppo di amici.
La casa è super attrezzata, con tutto ciò che serve per cucinare, mangiare e rilassarsi. Il posto è anche incredibilmente centrale, quindi è facile esplorare la città e visitare tutte le attrazioni locali.
Ma ciò che ha reso veramente speciale la nostra esperienza è stato l'host, che è stato gentilissimo e super attento. Ha risposto prontamente a tutte le nostre domande e si è assicurato che avessimo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La sua disponibilità e la sua ospitalità hanno fatto sentire la casa come una vera casa.
Consiglio vivamente questa proprietà a chiunque cerchi una vacanza rilassante e divertente ad Alicante. È il posto perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi la vacanza! 😊
