Charming accommodation, fantastic view of the bay of Naples, room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast on the balcony was such a great way to start the day. Good location for metro and Maradona stadium, we were attending a concert. Walkable to the sea. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. We would stay here again.

The room was really nice and comfortable with beautiful internal decor. The room and the bathroom is spacious. A glimpse of Mount Vesuvius can be seen from the balcony.
1. Before reaching there, there were panic messages asking for the exact time of check-in multiple times, stating that this is not a hotel and we won't be able to enter if we don't inform the exact time. Since we were traveling, we noticed these messages only on the day of our stay and informed the owner about our expected arrival time.
2. The entry and exit from the property is tricky with multiple keys in multiple doors which are not easy to operate.
3. Though the property had mentioned that breakfast is included, we were given coupons to a nearby Cafe, entitling us to a croissant and coffee. This was sub-optimal and not what we think when we read "breakfast included".
4. During checkout, we wanted an extra half hour since we could check-in really late the previous day and were tired and my wife was a little sick the next morning. The water supply stopped before we left, which is unpardonable. We have stayed in many properties and this behavior left a sour taste in our mouths about this property.
