Only a short walk outside of Rye centre but has free parking which is a bonus. The owners are lovely friendly hosts and happy to offer local knowledge and make you feel at home.
The house is comforting, homely and very clean. The array of houseplants that Judith has on display adds that extra homely feeling.
The homecooked breakfast was delicious and fresh with good ingredients.
The rooms are stylish and clean and has everything you need.
Would recommend this as a great place to stay while visiting Rye and the hosts are friendly and great fun. It's great value as well
Bed wasn't quite as comfortable as we'd have liked but the room was very clean and homely

Room was clean, spacious and well appointed The WC and shower was very good

I stayed at the Magnolia House for a weekend trip to Rye. Javed and Judith were so warm and welcoming, and made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. The room was large, cosy and very comfortable. Clean and peaceful too, perfect place to unwind. Great location, less than 10 minutes walking distance to shops and restaurants, and 5 mins from the station. Wish I stayed for longer - will definitely be returning when I next visit Rye. Thank you for having me xx
Not a problem for me but for rooms facing the road it can be a little noisy in the mornings.
