Room was in the old part of the hotel and the floor as expected was not level. Facilities were first class and breakfast very good.

Jeakes House was wonderful. The staff were so helpful. The rooms are beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb.

room very spacious and clean. lovely coffee and tea making facilities. Location could not be better for exploring Rye. Car Parking an extra bonus and so near to hotel. BREAKFAS AMAZING. SO MUCH CHOICE.
had a little bother with the TV on the first night but sorted on the 2nd night.

Lovely location in the centre of Rye. We had a lovely big room at the back of the hotel. I really enjoyed sitting on the window seat looking at the view. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. We made good use of the honesty bar which was a nice touch.
