Wonderful views of Stromness harbour and a terrace. Good quality towels and bed linen. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included in the pod eg hairdryer, fridge, microwave, 2-ring hob, toaster, coffee maker, soap and shampoo. Decent shower (if small). Labelled parking space. Responsive owners who are on site. Whole place is exceptionally well cared for.
The pod is compact at 4m x 4m. This is flagged in the description.

Great location; fantastic view; very comfortable and thoughtfully designed.
Lack of space for even minimal food preparation, and NO storage space for non-fridge food.
Also door lock mechanism was very stiff and difficult to lock/unlock.

We enjoyed having lovely views all round us when back at the lodge as well as when we went out.
Personally never liked Quooker taps and really would have appreciated a small travel kettle .

Het fantastische uitzicht. Steeds veranderende luchten en zicht op de boten.
Een fijn welkomstpakket. We kwamen laat aan, maar gelukkig lag er brood en beleg voor de volgende ochtend.
Dat er geen eettafel is. Dat hadden we kunnen weten, maar pas in de praktijk merk je dat hoe veel je die gebruikt. Er staat op het terras een tafel, maar daar was het te winderig toen wij er waren.
