The place was lovely and quiet. It was easy to walk around and see the sights. Very pleasant
Google maps makes finding the place a little difficult. This is not the owners fault. We ended up working it out by the house numbers. If anything, maybe a map showing the location from the nearest ferry stop would helpful.

The house is great, cosy and quiet but close to train station, very easy to reach. Very comfortable and good to rest for a few days in Venice.
The bathroom could have a revamp, air conditioning in the bedroom would be a boost.

El apartamento estaba limpio, la ubicación es buena para hacer turismo por Venecia
La experiencia fue mejorable. Check-in tardío (15:00) y check-out muy temprano (10:00). La recogida de basura es incómoda: llaman a las 8:00 y, si duermes o ya has salido, no puedes tirarla; el último día nos pidieron no dejar basura pero a esa hora no había servicio ni contenedores. El baño es antiguo y el lavabo pierde agua, mojando el suelo. Había muchos mosquitos. Además, el alojamiento está lejos de las estaciones de tren y autobús, lo que complica hacer turismo en otras ciudades.
