The location was good, it was quiet. There was daily housekeeping, I was pleasantly surprised by the communal as there were microwaves, area to sit down and eat, extra beddings, iron, towels, bathroom for guests, extra toilet paper.
The walking area inside the room is a little bit small, as I had a bit of hard time walking around the bed, if you have large suitcases will be difficult to open and organise.
Maybe the front door could be fixed as sometimes guests leave the door open, other times we couldn’t open as the door was stuck after unlocking with the pin pad, maybe the wood has expanded.
It would be nice to have a kettle in the communal area.

The location is excellent. It’s in a decent area, close to Plaza de España with lots of cafes close by and a metro station a few minutes away. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent when needed.
It is really, really noisy. There is no soundproofing at all. You can hear people in the rooms next door, in the corridor, the beeps of the key pads and the street noise bled through too. It was as loud with the window closed as it was when open.
The keypad system is great when it works. I never had a problem with my room code, but on my last day I could’t get the door to the residences to open despite the code being correct and the light turning green. I was lucky that on both occasions it happened (once at around 6pm and again later at 11pm) there were other people around inside the residences who let me in. I’ve no doubt the team on WhatsApp would have helped if needed, but at 11pm it was concerning. No idea why I couldn’t get the door open, others seemed to be able to.
