Condo comes with a FREE 2 person kayak and covered parking spot close to the lobby! Master bedroom has a king size bed with in suite bathroom and the guest bedroom has a queen bed with a guest bathroom across the hallway. Comes with fully stocked kitchen! Guest Access: GETTING HERE WITHOUT A CAR We understand that some of you will be traveling without a car. We would not recommend this, as there are many places to visit, and it could be significantly more expensive. Ride share apps such as Lyft and Uber are available in the area. Some possibilities to explore: KEYS AIRPORT SHUTTLE provides daily door to door shuttle service to and from Key West & the Florida Keys & Miami & Ft Lauderdale airports. The GREYHOUND KEYS SHUTTLE has daily scheduled departures from the Miami Airport to all areas in the Keys. CAR PARKING Parking is provided for two cars on site and is easily accessible to our unit. This condo comes with 1 complimentary covered parking spot as well. Please be aware that all guests must be registered prior to coming, and the plate numbers of cars provided The Neighborhood: The Condominium is perfectly situated! Game fishing enthusiasts will enjoy this 'Sport Fishing Capital of the World' and Divers/Snorkelers will be amazed by the underwater beauty of John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, the first undersea park in the US. Founders Park, just 5 minutes south, features a charming beach, walking trails and a great amphitheater. Make sure to check out the village of Islamorada website for events and concerts. Getting Around: DRIVING DIRECTIONS If you are arriving via car and have a GPS / SatNav system in the car, please use 200 Wrenn Street, Tavernier, Florida as the address. If you do not have a GPS device, you can find us from the mainland by taking the Florida Turnpike south to Exit 4 - Homestead/Key West. This is the Turnpike Extension that will connect you to Route US 1 in Florida City, which takes you through the Keys to Key West at the very end of US 1. Please be aware that speed limits throughout the Florida Keys are strictly enforced. Driving Route 1 to Key West is one of the most beautiful drives there is. Please be especially careful through the Big Pine Key area as this is a Key Deer Refuge. Speed limits are reduced in this area. You can reach Sea Gulls by following Route 1 south from Homestead, over the 20-mile causeway, past Key Largo and making a left onto Wrenn Street, traversing the Old Highway at mile marker 89.9, right before Coral Shores Highschool. Other Things to Note: Cancellation Policy ● 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in. ● 50% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. ● No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in. We strongly recommend purchasing a separate travel protection policy to cover any refund requests outside the above cancellation rules.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The decor and furnishings were outdated but the entire building is spotless and so quiet. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The pool and gym were perfect and the sunsets are stunning!

You couldn't ask for much better place to stay for your trip to the keys. View is exceptional people are friendly we will definitely be making this a annual trip. The location of this property is perfect if you want to do boat rentals kayak snorkel or just enjoy The view

We stayed here for 8 nights. Condo was great, perfect place for sunrise! Nice small beach and nice pool. Nothing was ever crowded, very relaxing place. Lots of good restaurants around and convenient to drive to other keys. Owners were quick to respond to a few questions.

Central location with low population density, easy access to excellent food, and ocean access. Denise and Sean are fantastic to work with and the condo amenities will not disappoint. This was our 4th stay at Seagulls. Obviously we like the condos and the facilities. Those units managed by Oasis bring the level of service to a new level. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with available activities galore for every age group, you must consider Taverniier/Islamorada/Seagulls. Denise and Sean rock 😁

Brief stay at Sea Gulls

Denise and Sean were great to deal with during our stay and very responsive. We checked in very late the first night and were able to get access to the unit without a hitch thanks to the detailed instructions that were provided. The complex is a little older but well maintained. We like the location on Tavernier because it's convenient to all the best activities we enjoy and the great restaurants are within a 10 minute drive.
