Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Security camera details: There are 4 camera on the exterior of the home. One camera is facing the driveway, 2 located in the front of the home faces the front yard and the remaining camera views parking space D & E. There is no camera view of the shared grill area or the 2 lawn chairs where guest would congregate. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The apartment is 2 rooms and a kitchen. Sleeps 4 max. AC was broken, noted on previous reviews. Ceiling fan is broken. Dryer is moldy Microwave is broken and a small counter unit is provided. General cleanliness is good.

This location is superb, just a few blocks from the beach. Reasons I got this place 1) price 2) washer/dryer and 3) location. As a traveling mom with kiddos, was psyched about the washer and dryer, it wasn't available and hate to say it, I was a little bummed. Only other thing that was bothersome were the blinds, most of them are broken, had to hang a towel in the door to cover that window. Other than that for the price and location, it was perfect. Thanks!

I spent a lot of money on this trip only to walk into a huge pile of dirty laundry on the bed. The bed was not made and the place was filthy. The floors were covered in dirt and sand. The floor mat around the toilet was totally disgusting. There was one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay. As other reviewers have said, the door was really hard to unlock and open. When I reached out to Vacasa about the issues they kept saying someone would get back to me to resolve things but they never did. I will never ever stay here or anywhere that Vacasa has anything to do with again. For the amount of money I spent to celebrate a birthday weekend it should have been a relaxing weekend. Instead it was filled with stress and frustration that no one even bothered to try to resolve.

Pros - Close to beach & front strip Cons - Advertising misrepresents the property. Nancys Villa was not a villa. It was Unit C, one of about 5 condos in a tired block. The sofa bed shown in the photos was not provided. Instead an inferior dirty one was installed. Seriously warped floor preventing door closing compromising privacy. Dirty. Floors covered in sand. Master bed sheets dirty. Linen in the cupboard stained. Master bed collapsing. Mattress supported by wooden board that spanned only 3/4 of the bed width leaving an uncomfortable ledge tipping the person on that side out the bed. The unit is ground floor. Every night of our 3 day stay heavy footsteps on the paper thin ceiling kept us awake until the small hours of the morning. During our last night water dripped from the ceiling via a light fitting. Overall we were very disappointed and would not stay again.

The door would not stay closed without the deadbolt in place. The floor had the consistency of a roller coaster. The dryer took multiple cycles to get a load dry. Instructions were not to be found. There is a weak spot in the floor in front of the dryer that will eventually cause someone to go through the floor.

The place was cute but not really really clean. The toilet seat was broken, the air conditioner would not blow cool air. I took the filters out and they were not clean but did not work even after cleaning. The cabin above us had large dogs running back and forth and barking. The new kitchen was very pleasant!

This place is very clean. Everything works great in the place. they have everything one would need. The neighborhood was quiet when there early November. However, each night the buffalos who lived above us stirred at 2 am and just didn't quit with their noise and smoking pot. The bed is ruined. It slopes to one side and I and my partner got backaches. Not restful.

Fantastic location

Fantastic location

We walked to the ocean and so many restaurants and attractions within 3 to 5 minutes. It is small and cozy and fit our needs perfectly! Can't wait to return!

The location was good but the place is dirty and not very organized. The front door was hard to lock and when inside it wouldn’t stay closed unless you lock it. I wouldn’t recommend this place .
