The complex has four community pools, outdoor games, on-site maintenance, BBQs and nice laundry room all within 100 ft of this perfectly located ground floor unit. There is a covered parking space and immediate access to back of unit from back patio and open parking, which makes carrying in bags a breeze. This unit sits back in the complex and is nice and quiet looking out on to Camelback Mountain. The unit has flat screen, smart TVs & Blu-Ray players in both living area and bedroom and wi-fi. Walk-in shower, sofa, recliner, high-end furnishings, good storage, both inside and outside dining, all stainless and premium appliances. There are so many good restaurants around that you don't need to ever cook, but if you do wish to cook or entertain, this unit is all set up for you with quality dishes, cookware and bar ware. Bedding is important, and this condo features a newer Beauty Rest inner spring, pillow top king size Bed, with high thread count sheets and good quality pillows. We have remodeled and appointed this condo with love for our visiting family and our new guests/friends that will be staying with us.
