About this house rental

Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this charming house for $216 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Good Day Sunshine Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This single-story private home boasts a unique location like no other! Located in a gem of an area away from the major noise and traffic, you will be one block to Safari Boat Ramp at the lagoon, three blocks to some of the world's most beautiful beaches, and only five blocks to Rick Seltzer Park. Dining and shopping options are also just a stone's throw; walk to FINNS Island Style Grub restaurant, Mr. Surfs, and the Waffle House. Beach access #13 to the Gulf of Mexico is located three blocks south on the other side of Thomas Drive. This private house comes equipped with everything you need for an incredible vacation with kids, including beach toys, one additional toddler bed, and one additional roll-away baby crib. Prepare memorable meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, gas range, and a dishwasher. The open floor plan seamlessly combines the living/entertaining room and the kitchen. The living room boasts a Smart TV with an Amazon Fire TV Stick (guests must connect to apps through their own accounts). There's also a Nintendo Wii with four remotes on hand if you feel like gaming. When it comes to laundry, there is no need to worry! This home has an on-site washer/dryer. There are three private bedrooms, one being a primary bedroom with an en suite full bathroom. THINGS TO KNOW High-speed WiFi Dog-friendly (two dog max) Snowbird-friendly Streaming available with Amazon Fire Stick (use own account) Nintendo Wii includes four remotes, six games on disc, and more games available on a storage drive Guests have access to the entire house and yard, with exception of the sealed crawl space and one locked utility closet. In the garage, there is a beach wagon with various beach and other outdoor toys and accessories. Please return them to the garage when finished. Please no loud noise or parties out of respect to the neighbors and quiet setting. Smoking is strictly prohibited. This home is equipped with 9 active, exterior security cameras monitoring the entry and each corner of the property. No in-home recording/monitoring. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Security camera details: Home also has security cameras at entry door and on every corner of unit totaling 9 cameras. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great, quiet, safe location. Easy walk to beach with kids and wagon. House was very clean. Baby stuff like highchair, crib and baby tub was a big convenience. Full kitchen with everything plus grills so I could save some $ and eat in.

This house was perfect for our beach stay. It was very clean. It was only a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood it was located in was safe. The reservation and check-in/checkout was very easy.

We had a great experience staying at Good Fay Sunshine! The property was just as described in the listing and very clean. We enjoyed walking our dogs to the public boat launch and through the dig friendly neighborhood. The location was very close to dining, shopping & the beach. It worked great for us!

my family loves it
This was not my first stay here but I decided to finally leave a review even though I rarely do that. I read some other reviews and there were definitely some updates since my stay here last fall. For example the master shower water was super hot and all the bedrooms had TVs now. That was a nice update for my kids since we had a few rainy days. They love the Wii. There were some games there on disc but one of my kids found early on that there are a ton of games on the hard drive if you click that app. They still mostly played mario kart though LOL. My wife and I REALLY love this area since it is much quieter and much less traffic than over in Pier park. Pier Park can be madness in the summer and this was more easy going and relaxing, easier to get around. It was a very short walk to beach access 13 and 15. We prefer 15 a little more since easier to navigate with the wagon and there is a shower station to rinse off. We also like to walk to Finns and Barracuda restaurants to eat, we've gone back to those places both trips here. We drove to schooners this time and really like that restaurant as well. Over the past few years we got tricked into the expensive tourist trap places all around Pier Park, but now we keep coming back here. We will probably stay here next time too since this house has been really good for us.
