- No pets. A $500 unauthorized pet fee applies if this policy is violated
- Rental agreement e-signature + a copy of primary renters ID is required within 48 hours of booking (3rd party bookings are not permitted -- the name on the reservation must match ID and form of payment)
- Our cancellation policy is not flexible — we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
