About this condo rental
Nestled in Stateline, this lovely condo for $53 per night is a great option for your next trip. ## Space Amazing Location! Literally 1.5 blocks from Highway 50 and Stateline and only a 6-minute walk to Heavenly Village & Gondola, casinos and restaurants. This is a private studio as part of a boutique 12 unit self-serve accommodation. Completely renovated in 2020, this unit comes with an en-suite bath with an oversized shower, kitchenette w/Keurig machine and a King bed as well as a work desk. Equipped with a smart TV and on-demand streaming services (occupant needs to have subscription service/no cable). All TVs and wifi are connected to Gigabit cable connectivity. *NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.* *PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A $50/pet fee will apply and pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please advise at the time of booking, we will send a request for pet fee payment which is due upon receipt. Pets brought onsite without permission/payment are subject to a $250 fine. ## Access The unit is accessed off of Poplar Ave and has direct access from the parking area and has 1 assigned parking spot, space #7. This unit is completely private with its own locked entry. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you 2 days prior to your stay. Interaction This is a self-serve stay. We are an off-site host, there is no front desk and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality department in case of emergencies. Electric car charging (shared amenity) Unit spots 1,2 and 3 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 4,5 and 6 share one J1775. Unit spots 7 and 8 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 9,10 and disability spot share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 12, 11, and 1 share one Tesla and one J1775 charger. We do not provide adapters if your vehicle does not match your available charger. Please do not leave your vehicle plugged in when not charging to allow other guests to have charging access. Should you require access to another charger type, please reach out to our hospitality team to coordinate access with other guests. Neighborhood Located within a 5-minute walk to the world-renowned Heavenly Village and Gondola, Gordon Ramsey Hell's Kitchen, casinos, and only a 10-minute walk to Lakeside Beach (private, access fee required). This location is ideal for those working remotely (with Gigabit internet connectivity) while enjoying everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Transit The Stateline Transit Center and Heavenly Gondola are only 4 blocks away. Notes For security, there are cameras facing the parking lot. Cancellation Policy Full refund if canceled 24 hours in advance, minus 4% credit card transaction fee if booked directly or via VRBO.

Great location, off the main highway but very walkable. Parked our car and hardly needed it all week.
It is dog friendly, and had a few episodes of dogs barking for a prolonged time.

My boyfriend and I decided to come out to Lake Tahoe for our first time for a little road trip. Our stay was beautiful with the lake being so close to our stay and everything being a walkable distance we were amazed and enjoyed everything. I’m sure we will be coming back in the future and will recommend to friends. The unit we stayed at was clean and nice inside, the amenities provided were a great add on. All in all we loved our stay here thank you!

Nice room, pretty quiet, great walk score. Chair is a little low for the desk if you plan to work there for a day, however the room is otherwise cozy and relaxing. Grill was a great additional feature outside, too.

My boyfriend and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. Such a great location - walking distance from many cute shops and restaurants. Room was clean, quiet, and cozy. We loved the fireplace and the bed was super comfortable. Easy check in and check out, staff was very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay very much. All newly remodeled and comfortable. The only thing was I wish there was more room for luggage. Really no space available without being in the way. Maybe an overhead light over the kitchen counter as well. Pretty dark. But overall loved it.

The location is fantastic. You are a short walk from everything but also away from the busy streets. The room was super clean and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting South Lake Tahoe. We would absolutely choose this rental again!

Very easy check in’s and all interactive with property mgmt. Great location. Cute little room and so nice to be welcomed with a heated room and warm glow of the fireplace! Walls are a little thin so not great to hear neighbors’ ‘bedroom activities’. But they didn’t last too long. Lol. Between that and the weather, we only ended up staying for 1 of our 2 nights.

The perfect one bedroom stay for a quick trip to Tahoe. Everything was in walking distance—even the slopes! It was warm and quiet. Small, but the perfect size for us.

Enjoy the rental, clean and modern! The only challenge was locking the keyless electronic lock for the door. It turns out you have to press the lock button for an extended period of time I think that’s what solve the problem. Other than that things are great.

This was a last minute find and it was absolutely perfect. It's in a great location, less than a 5 minute walk to the Harvey's amphitheater. Communication from staff was on point. It was clean, very well put together and super cozy.
I am always looking for cute little places to stay versus staying at a large hotel. This place is probably my favorite find and the price was 👌🏼.
I highly recommend for anyone looking for an intimate, super charming getaway. We will definitely return!

This little spot was the perfect, walkable location to all kinds of activities available in South Lake Tahoe. The room is very cute and cozy, and the kitchenette made our week long stay very comfortable. Overall, this place seemed like the best bang for our buck and we would definitely stay here again.

The unit was fairly clean but looks like there were some spots that had been missed, we found some hairs and spots on countertops in restroom and kitchenette area that hadn’t been fully cleaned. The bed was comfortable but the sheets had some holes in them and looked very worn. The inside of the unit smelled of cleaner which wasn’t terrible but took some time with the window and ran on to clear out. The AC unit looks like it was leaking blueish fluid (maybe condenser fluid?) from the unit and onto the wall. It looks like it had dried but wasn’t cleaned prior to us coming into the room.

Perfect Honeymoon Stay
It was a pleasure staying at South Lake Chalet! Unit 7 was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. My husband was feeling extremely motion sick after our flight and drive in and desperately needed to rest, so we especially appreciated how easy check-in was and that the woman cleaning was compassionate and allowed us to enter the room and two hours early because she had finished getting it ready. The fully supplied kitchen area was extremely helpful for our extended stay. We also were glad to have so many towels and two beach blankets. This made picnics on the beach so easy! We also loved that the bathroom and shower were spacious and clean.
Our Favorite thing about staying here was that the location could not have been better for our honeymoon vacation needs. It was centrally located less than 10 minutes walking distance to Lakeside Beach, Heavenly Village, great restaurants, and the casinos.
The next time we are in South Lake Tahoe we will definitely be staying here again! We miss our little Chalet already!!

The room was very comfortable. I very much liked the layout and I cannot praise the shower enough! It was plenty roomy and wonderful water pressure easy to control. The location is hard to beat. You are in the shadows practically of Harrah's and Harvey's! The property as a whole is extremely well maintained and the maid service was very friendly and responsive. The cost was extremely reasonable. This makes a great low-key refuge from home if you are visiting Tahoe!

First airbnb in tahoe area
Very comfy bed and pillows. Unit was clean and bright.
It is walking distance to stores, restaurants and the beach.
Parking is an issue. Dark parking lot with only one motion sensor light mounted in the front and unassigned parking. I didnt feel safe walking out at night and had to keep an eye on my car. The spots aren't clearly marked off so people parked at odd angles taking up 2 spots and its so dark at night people probably couldn't see. Street parking is sketchy and not recommended if you leave things in your car over night. They should relocate the dumpsters to open up 2 more parking spots.

The room was very clean and super convienient. It has everything you need to have an easy going weekend or week in Tahoe. They provided towels, beach towels, ironing board, basic kitchen items. There’s a fridge with a freezer and communal body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in case you forgot it! It’s also within walking distance to the heavenly shopping center and casinos. Checking in and out was easy. The only thing I wish was different was that the window was tinted from the outside. The room is quite dark even with all of the lights turned on. When opening the window you can see everything from the outside. I would recommend either adding a ceiling light and/or tinting the window from the outside so you can open the blinds during the day without having to worry about people snooping!

Loved staying here. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms were renovated to look and feel like a luxury hotel stay. I stayed in Unit 7 -- king-sized bed, huge kitchenette with full-size microwave, deep sink, and small fridge. They didn't skimp on any details: dishtowels, dish & hand soap, sponge, dishes from Project 62/Target. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bed linens/pillows felt high-quality. Tasteful and modern decor. The A/C with remote control was clutch since it was 90+ degrees while I was in Tahoe. The rain shower was HUGE, Toto toilet, and all the toiletries you'd need, including a hair dryer.
The location is great, too -- walking distance to the casinos, the Heavenly gondola, and lots of cute restaurants, shops -- all 3 or so blocks away. Definitely staying here when I come back.
