Situated in Stateline, this charming condo for $42 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. ## Space Amazing Location! Literally 1.5 blocks from Highway 50 and Stateline and only a 6-minute walk to Heavenly Village & Gondola, casinos and restaurants. This is a private studio as part of a boutique 12 unit self-serve accommodation. Completely renovated in 2020, this unit comes with an en-suite bath with walk-in shower, kitchenette w/Keurig machine, a King bed as well as a work desk. Equipped with a smart TV and on-demand streaming services (occupant needs to have subscription service/no cable). All TVs and wifi are connected to Gigabit cable connectivity. *NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.* *PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's) . A $50/pet fee will apply and pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please advise at the time of booking, we will send a request for pet fee payment which is due upon receipt. Pets brought onsite without permission/payment are subject to a $250 fine. Access The unit is accessed off of Poplar Ave and has direct access from the parking area and has 1 assigned parking spot, space #4. This unit is completely private with its own locked entry. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you 2 days prior to your stay. Interaction This is a self-serve stay. We are an off-site host, there is no front desk and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality department in case of emergencies. Electric car charging (shared amenity) Unit spots 1,2 and 3 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 4,5 and 6 share one J1775. Unit spots 7 and 8 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 9,10 and disability spot share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 12, 11, and 1 share one Tesla and one J1775 charger. We do not provide adapters if your vehicle does not match your available charger. Please do not leave your vehicle plugged in when not charging to allow other guests to have charging access. Should you require access to another charger type, please reach out to our hospitality team to coordinate access with other guests. Neighborhood Located within a 5-minute walk to the world-renowned Heavenly Village and Gondola, Gordon Ramsey Hell's Kitchen, casinos, and only a 10-minute walk to Lakeside Beach (private, access fee required). This location is ideal for those working remotely (with Gigabit internet connectivity) while enjoying everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Transit The Stateline Transit Center and Heavenly Gondola are only 4 blocks away. Notes For security, there are cameras facing the parking lot. ## Cancellation Policy Full refund if canceled 24 hours in advance, minus 4% credit card transaction fee if booked directly or via VRBO.

I found this place at the last minute and was surprised. The room is super modern and clean, the comfort of arriving after hours of travel and going directly to the room is great. The location is perfect, super calm neighborhood and just 5 minutes away you are already at the stores and restaurants. I didn't need the car for anything. I definitely want to go back and will recommend it to all my friends.

The room itself was nicely remodeled and well appointed with kitchen supplies, etc. If you like being close to the casinos, this would be a great spot for you, only a couple of blocks away.

We had a great stay at the South Lake Chalet, despite unprecedented snow in May! The chalet was super clean and comfortable - especially the bed! We slept really well due to how comfy the bed was. The bathroom is a little bit cold but to be expected for a chalet. There was a gorgeous fire which we used when we were in the chalet which kept things nice and cosy. The chalet is in walking distance to Heavenly village which has all the great shops and eateries so we walked to everything locally. Overall a great stay and we would happily stay again!

We went on 4th of July weekend, so high prices were to be expected, This place was in the perfect location (went to concert at Harvey’s), very clean and had all we needed. We loved the accommodations! The staff was so communicative about check in, and we understood they were there if we needed anything. Parking was right out front which was so nice. Also pet friendly! Would definitely stay here again.

Check in and checkout process was very quick and easy. Communication was great throughout our entire stay, when we did have questions. Loved the kitchenette, and the fireplace. Location was great and close to everything, would definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here and we honestly had such an amazing time. The place itself was super cute and modern and definitely worth every penny. We loved that we were only minutes away from Heavenly and a shopping center so we could just walk to our destination when we wanted to. The fireplace in the room was a bit of a surprise to me as I missed it in the description but it was the best thing ever as it kept us warm during the snow storm going on outside. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and we hope to stay here again as well!

We stayed in unit 4 for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, updated and very clean. The location was great, allowing us to walk to most activities we wanted to do. Nicely updated room in an older converted hotel. 200 yard walk to Casinos, Heavenly Gondola and shopping area. Bed was super comfortable and room had everything we needed. Fireplace was a nice touch.

I would totally recommend this Airbnb. Great location, super clean with all the amenities. Easy parking and quiet neighborhood. Tourist attractions are a short drive away but you can also stay in the neighborhood and easily walk to good restaurants and cafes.

My fiancé and I stayed at the chalet for 5 nights. We loved it and wished we booked to stay longer. The place is clean, has charming decor and a little kitchen with microwave, fridge, a Keurig, and everything you need in a kitchen. We stocked the fridge with breakfast items so we could start our days early. The location is excellent - minutes walk to lakeside beach and tons of restaurants in and around Heavenly, and the taco lunch spot next door is a must try. The on-site parking worked out well. I have only positive things to say about this place. The electronic door lock and the stream casting for the tv took some getting used to but we figured it out.

Lovely little place at a good price in a really great location. Staff responded and helped immediately and was patient and kind. The room was very nice and comfy and had an installed fireplace that really came in handy. Only complaint was the bathroom is a bit tight. Nonetheless, I'd definitely stay again!
