Nestled in Stateline, this charming condo for $41 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. ## Space Amazing Location! Literally 1.5 blocks from Highway 50 and Stateline and only a 6-minute walk to Heavenly Village & Gondola, casinos and restaurants. This is a private studio as part of a boutique 12 unit self-serve accommodation. Completely renovated in 2020, this unit comes with an en-suite bath with oversized shower, kitchenette w/Keurig machine and two queen beds as well as a work desk. Equipped with a smart TV and on-demand streaming services (occupant needs to have subscription service/no cable). All TVs and wifi are connected to Gigabit cable connectivity. *NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.* *PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A $50/pet fee will apply and pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please advise at the time of booking, we will send a request for pet fee payment which is due upon receipt. Pets brought onsite without permission/payment are subject to a $250 fine. ## Access The unit is accessed off of Poplar Ave and has direct access from the parking area and has 1 unassigned parking spot. This unit is completely private with its own locked entry. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you 2 days prior to your stay. Interaction This is a self-serve stay. We are an off-site host, there is no front desk and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality department in case of emergencies. Electric car charging (shared amenity) The unit spots 1,2 and 3 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 4,5 and 6 share one J1775. Unit spots 7 and 8 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 9,10 and disability spot share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 12, 11, and 1 share one Tesla and one J1775 charger. We do not provide adapters if your vehicle does not match your available charger. Please do not leave your vehicle plugged in when not charging to allow other guests to have charging access. Should you require access to another charger type, please reach out to our hospitality team to coordinate access with other guests. Neighborhood Located within a 5-minute walk to the world-renowned Heavenly Village and Gondola, Gordon Ramsey Hell's Kitchen, casinos, and only a 10-minute walk to Lakeside Beach (private, access fee required). This location is ideal for those working remotely (with Gigabit internet connectivity) while enjoying everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Transit The Stateline Transit Center and Heavenly Gondola are only 4 blocks away. Notes For security, there are cameras facing the parking lot. Cancellation Policy Full refund if canceled 24 hours in advance, minus 4% credit card transaction fee if booked directly or via VRBO.

The place was extremely clean and it had an amazingly comfortable bed. The check in was smooth and easy with the code. It’s within walking distance to almost everything which is really convenient. The staff was great and very helpful especially with the fireplace. It was a great way to spend a vacation and well worth the money. Definitely going to stay here again.

Loved staying at this property because it was so close to Heavenly Village, the communication was clear & quick, and it was so clean & cozy! Parking on site is lovely because you have a designated spot, so everything is so well organized. Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting South Lake Tahoe!

Great modern decor with extra touches for comfort! Eye masks and ear plugs, sound machine (although the place was very quiet), nice selection of teas and coffees, including pour-over—fantastic!, plush towels, including makeup towels and make-remover cloths, toiletries , slippers, pet towel, fireplace, refrigerator and microwave, dishes and glassware, soft sheets and pillows. Two chairs outside for a relaxing spot listening to the fountain. The one level was nice and a designated parking space. A couple charges available for EV’s. Every accommodation was thought about and great location to many restaurants and attractions— definitely will rerun!

This is our second time staying here and after the first 5 star trip we had to book here again. And I can say we will be back for a 3rd. This is off the strip so you still have the peace and quiet with the ease of walking distance to everything. Scooters were amazing as well to get around. Staff was very helpful and super quick to respond to anything we needed. Very kind people. Place is very clean and kept up great. Bed is super comfy and ac and heater work AMAZING.

This property is a jewel. If you are all about the digital and tech experience, along with modern and upscale rooms, this is for you. Since the communications were clear and concise, I was able to get everything to work. It's a good location to launch your South Lake experience. And it was surprisingly quiet given the parking lot is right outside your room. I'll return! Thank you!

We stayed one night for a concert. It was convenient close to Harvey’s, less than 2 minutes walk to event. Location is clean and quiet. Great night sleep, medium firm bed. Bathroom is clean, spacious. I’m a returning customer and will continue to return. It’s an amazing place!

Driving into an easy parking spot, opening the door to charming, finding numerous well thought of extras - slippers, ear plugs, eye masks to name a few - made our stay very enjoyable. The shower amazing! We will be back!

I went to SLT for outpatient surgery & wanted to beat the storm so we stayed the night before my surgery & the checked out the day after my surgery. Our stay was perfect, comfortable & quiet. It had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable.

The place was beautiful driving up to it we got there late it was easy check in by following the instructions on the website, place was very nice inside absolutely prepared for us!. Place was well located easy walking distance to Heavenly and casinos we had a beautiful engagement and coming back to the cottage each night was easy and great, very clean extremely comfortable bed, and I'm a picky person!! Shower was awesome hot water came quickly even in the freezing cold temperatures of outside! Management was Outstandingly Excellent!, anytime I needed to connect with them, they were right there for me very👍🏻 well managed Place very well kept up.👍🏻😁👍🏻

Went with my pup for a few days just recently. It was exactly as advertised. Quiet and peaceful but within walking distance to The Village with everything you could need. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future.

This was a one-day, mid-week get away for us. Clean, compact, and modern room. Our night was super quiet, but we had no adjoining neighbors so can't comment on that. Having a dedicated parking space was a nice touch. This is walking distance, 2 blocks, to everything. Highly recommended.

This is a small establishment which appears to be a converted motel - the renovations are modern and everything is very clean. If you plan to be out and about most of the day, this is a perfect location very close to the state line, Heavenly Village, Gondola, and the lake. Assigned parking space is super convenient, and the cleaning staff is friendly and helpful.

My wife and I were very pleased with this property. It is quiet and peaceful, but close to many of the main sites in South Lake Tahoe including Heavenly Resort, Nevada Beach, and many restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and well maintained. Although there is not daily maid service, the maids were very helpful in providing fresh towels and toiletries when we asked them. One nice feature is that we had our own parking spot for our entire stay which was an extra convenience. I highly recommend this property for those who plan to visit and to stay at South Lake Tahoe.

This cozy, comfy room (Bed is actually very comfortable!) with a modern interior is stocked with everything you need for your stay. From the Kitchenette with dishes for two, full sink, mini fridge, microwave, k-cup coffee machine; to the roomy bathroom with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. It’s in walking distance to plenty of options for dining and shopping and it’s a short 20 minute drive to Camp Richards (SE corner of lake) and 30 minute drive to Incline Village (NE corner of lake) for fun outdoor activities. I would definitely book this space again!

We had a great stay in Tahoe in this renovated gem. The place was thoughtfully appointed with necessities during our stay, as well as very clean and everything updated. Love the fireplace as well as the little kitchenette. The shower was also very nice. Would recommend this to anyone and will be staying again.

This was the perfect place to stay in Tahoe! We stayed for 2 nights for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was in a great location, within walking distance to everything we needed. Everything was spotless and the decor was stunning. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable and luxurious, too! We will most definitely be back.
