We stayed here for a family weekend - there were 3 adults and 2 teenagers. We found the house to be very comfortable, exceptionally clean and centrally located. We took day trips to York Harbor and Portsmouth, and spent time in Kennebunkport. Pat was a wonderful host - she was quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely try to stay here on any future visit to the area.

We chose this very clean, very comfortable home for our girls' trip. There was plenty of room for all 3 of us to spread out and the home is tastefully decorated! The neighborhood is lovely and the property is located so close to the town of Kennebunkport. Pat is a such a kind and communicative host!

Loved this property. Hosts close by, but not intrusive at all. House was very clean & comfortable. Well equipped kitchen & bathrooms. Air in each bedroom & living area. We all loved the private brick patio in the back, where we could relax at the end of the day. Thankyou Pat & Steve for allowing us to stay in your home.

Perfect getaway for my family and I who decided to celebrate a last minute 80th birthday in Maine. The home was beautiful and in a perfect location to all downtown restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return 🤗

We had a wonderful stay in Kennebunkport. The location of the house is so close to to town and the beach. Pat and Steve were great and even gave us blueberries from their backyard. It was amazing to have the back porch to have wine and a fire after we put our toddler to sleep. We wish we would’ve stayed longer.

We had a fantastic time exploring Maine from this house, and the hosts were great, too. We had everything we needed and very clear instructions on check-in/check-out and where to find everything. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. Relaxing on Gooch's Beach was one of our best days of vacation!

The house was perfect. Our kids and grandson had the upstairs and my husband and I were downstairs. The owners provided us with a high chair and pack n play. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and minutes from the beach. We spent every night on the porch with the smokeless firepit. It is a place that I really fell our family will use again. The house was clean and very comfortable.

This is a well appointed home close to Kennebunkport and other attractions in the area. The house itself is warm and comfortable and the beds were all very comfortable. Pat is a fantastic hostess and her information guide is helpful and extensive with tips and things to do. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with all the essentials for meals in. I would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend get together to celebrate the New Year! The home is in great condition, comfortable and clean and had all amenities we needed. The hosts were easy to work with and responsive to our questions. The location is ideal being so close to downtown Kennebunkport with lovely shops and restaurants.

My wife, her sister and my brother and law stayed at the house for a weekend, We came on our motorcycles with the intent to do some rides along the ocean and walk into Keenebunkport for dinners. The host invited us to keep our motorcycles in his barn which was very kind. The house was clean and comfortable and overall as expected. The home is a very cool old farmhouse on a very quiet road less than a mile walk into Kennebunkport downtown. There is a beautiful patio and an overall great set up. Everything went terrific. We walked into town both nights and enjoyed all Kennebunkport has to offer. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable house within walking distance of Kennebunkport, look no further! The owners/hosts of this property have thought of everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy your stay. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the outdoor space and yard are spectacular. The owners live next door and jumped in and provided us with folding chairs when we hosted an extended family dinner. Although they are close by, they allow guests their privacy. Highly recommend this property!!

Everything was great. Only issue we came across was the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. The owner did offer to fix it while we were there. They were very accommodating.

The location of this property is great and it was very kept up and very clean. The owners left us fruit and veggies from their garden which was very thoughtful. The only downside of our stay was the towels were all very bleached and old, the upstairs was very hot so not suitable

We enjoyed a relaxing stay at Patricia’s house. The location was great, close to town and beaches and great home base for exploring area daily on our bikes. The house was very clean and has a lovely back patio. The owners let us use their shed to store our bikes. Weather was nice so we enjoyed windows open and cool air in evening. Very quiet area.
