Situated in Prescott, this lovely house for $225 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to our second Air BnB, A Peaceful Place #2! Our spacious and cozy home is located a mile to Thumb Butte and is a short 6 minute drive to Courthouse Plaza. Prescott offers so much to keep you busy, from numerous trails you can hike, bike, run or trail ride, to many lakes to visit, kayak or fish. Prescott's historic downtown is something you won't want to miss also. The space A Peaceful Place #2 is our second Air BnB purchased last year and renovated extensively. This home was previous owned and loved on for over 50 years by the same family which leads to lots of character added over the years. We have updated most of it but have a few more projects to tackle in the next year. We wanted to be able to offer it to guests now as it's the perfect time of year to visit beautiful Prescott! Our home is 2000 sq feet with a very large great room which includes the dining room, family room, kitchen and sunroom. We have 3 bedrooms which sleep 8 people and 2 bathrooms. Out back, there is a nice covered porch with table and chairs and a BBQ for your use. Out front, there is a little table you can enjoy your morning coffee and a cute little wishing well. Our neighborhood is a very safe and quiet. We ask that NO parties or gatherings are thrown here or loud talking outside after 10pm to be respectful to the neighbors. Our neighbors will inform us if the appearance of a party/gathering is happening! Pets: We do allow dogs in this house but ask that if you leave the home that your dog is in the crate that we provide in the laundry room. The backyard is fenced to keep your dogs safe but there are critters that roam the area so we suggest never letting them out at dusk/dark unattended. Please do not let dogs on furniture and also clean up their mess outside before checking out. If excess hair/mess is on furniture, beds, etc we will send a request for additional funds to cover extra time in cleaning fees. Living a healthy life is important to us so we clean with organic non-toxic cleaners and hope that you appreciate that. We also do not allow smoking in the house or on the property... this is a NON-SMOKING property. Guest access We have a long driveway that can accommodate 1-3 vehicles.

We moved to Prescott two years ago. Gathering extended family here has already become a Christmas tradition. It's five minutes from downtown and to our own home here as well. This home near Thumb Butte is spacious, spotless, and thoroughly updated. Five-Star all the way.

One of the nicest VRBO's we have rented. Gorgeous, clean and updated home very close to downtown Prescott. Very comfortable home and loved our stay. Appreciated all the "extra's" - snacks, coffee and the gift card to a local coffee shop was such an extra special treat! Hope to be back soon!!

We needed a break from the heat and we’re able to find this property and I am so glad we did! This house and property is absolutely amazing and cozy. The kids loved it so much I have never seen them play outside so much. Host was so thoughtful with things in the house for us to use, and quick and helpful with communications. We will definitely be coming back!

We were here to celebrate our son’s USAF Commissioning and graduation from Embry-Riddle. The home was the perfect base for our family. Close to downtown and easy access to the university. Would highly recommend a stay here!

A perfect place to feel at home in a brand new place! Accommodations were excellent! Warm & cozy, great area to get out & walk & enjoy the beautiful neighborhood & surrounding mountain views! Breathtaking! Had a family BBQ & ate outside - lovely! Walked into town, drinking in the local charm. Everyone was so welcoming. Made us feel a part of the community family! Don't miss breakfast at "That Apple Pan." Friendly, feel-at-home family restaurant with delicious pancakes & other yummy dishes! Their apple pancakes were decadently tasty!
