Pros: Unit was nice and well stocked in kitchen. Beds for 8 were very comfy. Jacuzzi was nice and hot Cons: parking was very tight, especially in snow, living room only seats 3 adults comfortably, bunk bed slat was broken/unhooked, big 8” diameter stain on carpet right in the middle of the living room

We came into town for the North Pole express with our teenagers and young son. There was something for everyone including games for all ages, a nice hot tub to soak in after a day in the mountain and private space for rest when everyone else was laughing together. Close to everything and so cozy. 10/10

The house was clean, nicely displayed but everything else was a huge fail! I paid more in fees than the nightly rate but it was ok because the description was everything I was looking for. When searching for a place to stay internet was top priority for me. Many places in flagstaff had descriptions that said wifi spotty or no air conditioning. This house in the description said very fast wifi and I selected this place for that reason so I could work remotely while my son was at sleepaway camp in flagstaff. I had meetings for work and the wifi was non existent. The tv’s didn’t work and no internet. I couldn’t even use my phone for instructions at all since there was no wifi. I called vacasa first thing in the morning and they put in a ticket “escalated” and I heard from them after 4pm when check out was 10am the next day. Tyler the property manager made jokes when he came to remedy the wifi and said that Baghdad probably has better wifi. Then why is your description say “super fast internet speed”. I had a very important day at work and again only rented this home so I could work remotely while my son was at camp. I went to the doubletree and begged them to allow me to use their wifi. They were fantastic and allowed me to sit in their hotel lobby and work. I really wish I stayed at the doubletree. Much cheaper, better service and very fast reliable wifi. Tyler, the property manager said he would see what he could do to refund me some due to the inconvenience and he said the max he could do was $50. He was going to speak to his regional manager and call me right away… never called. When I called him he said that he forgot to call me back, his day got busy but they already maxed out on their refund. $50??? I had to spend more money on food during my work day and water to work from a hotel lobby. Im not one for bad reviews but I spent $750 for two nights and NO wifi and NO tv in a rental. Shame on vacasa for their poor customer service. I told Tyler I would be writing an honest review and he said “we expect that and we will reply so they are not concerned”. I have always used AirB&B and VRBO and will continue to do so. I’ll never rent vacasa again. Oh. Lastly, Tyler said “the good news is the internet now works, at least we have it fixed for the next renters”. Really? Shame on them!!!!

Very clean and pleasant neighborhood--great view of Snowbowl. Quiet neighborhood especially if you are coming from the East Coast and are going to bed early :) Great location in Flagstaff and easy to get to all the major attractions including Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Great place for a family or 4. Hot tub as well.
