Pros: Very quiet location. Within walking distance to Rainbow Lake. Cons: Outdoor furniture was very dusty and had not be cleaned in some time. Outdoor grill was very old and should be replaced. Only half of the grill surface was usable. Some kitchen pans required washing. Hot tub/bath drain plug would not seal. Trash pick-up did not come as scheduled.
