The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This home was lovely and comfortable. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and it’s minutes away from the lake and various hiking trails. Overall, the home was clean with the exception of heavy dust on the dining room fan and a stale smell upon entry. On a side note, the bedroom lamps flicker every now and then and the freezer door was very difficult to open and close.

The cottage was perfect. Cozy, comfortable, well maintained and immaculate. It was like heaven on earth and was a glorious retreat to come 'home' to after our outdoor mountain adventures. Can not give a higher rating!

Was very cozy, nice area, ample parking, and would definitely return! Smooth check in and check out with very attentive and kind service! It was a tiny bit dirty, but really nothing that can be quickly cleaned up. Thank you.

The condo is comfortable for two people. The forest setting with an outdoor deck and a table and two chairs made for a most enjoyable sitting area. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the washer and dryer in the unit are a nice added feature. We were disappointed with the TV service because there was no live local or national network broadcasting. The carpeting throughout the unit would benefit from a serious cleaning or replacement.
