With nearly 3,000 square feet of indoor space, your group of up to 12 can spread out comfortably. Our favorite aspects of The Retreat Ranch: - HUGE outdoor patio space with a large 6-seat hot tub and awesome wood-burning fireplace - Two separate living areas and a garage with additional lounge space - Open concept kitchen and dining areas allow the conversation to flow freely between spaces The Retreat Ranch is a nostalgic 1980s split-level layout that has been updated to provide all of the amenities you'd expect from a modern vacation rental, including ultra-fast gigabit internet, Spectrum streaming +sports TV package, a wet bar in the lower level, and a screened-in outdoor hot tub overlooking the backyard. Our home is located conveniently just down the road from historic Pinehurst and within walking distance to some local restaurants, yet completely tucked away on a private road on a fantastic secluded lot. Here are just some of our unique features of this stunning property: - Massive backyard with room to play, cook, eat, and relax - Large brick patio in the backyard with huge wood-burning fireplace - Updated bathrooms - Two wood-burning fireplaces inside, one for each level's main living area - Six (6) total beds: 2 King, 4 Queen (rollaways may be available upon request for an additional fee) - Spectrum Gigabit Internet via a mesh network throughout the home and Spectrum streaming on all TVs - Several new furnishings and decor items - Large 6-seat hot tub - Large driveway with room for several vehicles We offer laundry detergent, a fully stocked kitchen including spices and pantry items, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash and toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. This home is meant to be a quiet escape to relax and get away from it all with your favorite family and/or friends. Village ordinances strictly enforce quiet hours from 10pm until 8am. Please be mindful of that if you choose to stay in our home. We do not allow events or parties of any kind. We have a STRICT maximum of 12 guests based on our septic and well capacity. Please, under no circumstances, can there be more than 12 guests in the home at a time. Sleeping Accommodations: Master Bedroom (upstairs): 1 King Bed with private full bath Bedroom #2 (upstairs): 2 Queen Beds, shared full bath in hallway Bedroom #3 (upstairs): 1 King Bed, shared full bath in hallway Bedroom #4 (lower level) - 2 Queen Beds, shared full bath in hallway Sorry, no pets allowed. Early Check-in and/or late Check-Out may be arranged for additional $100 fees each (subject to availability).

All was very good. Bathrooms other than 'master' very small. Hot tub outstanding, new and clean. Asked about carbon monoxide detector (uncertain if smoke detector was combo) and host had one delivered immmediately. Hot water heater did not work on last morning. Was unable to reach host as our stay had expired. Assuming it was detected and repaired.

We spent a wonderful 4 days together with our family in Pinehurst!! Great house with lots of amenities and close proximity to Pinehurst Village, Southern Pines, great restaurants, and, of course, plenty of golf courses!! Hope to be able to stay at the property again!!

Great house with a great host. Just what we needed for our weekend golf trip. Hot tub and fire pit worked great and big thanks to Ryan for the extra firewood deliveries! House is close to a lot of great Pinehurst courses, walkable to Ironwood restaurant and a quick drive to grocery store, liquor store, etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Ryan was a great host and everything about the property was as listed. It was clean and had most everything we would have needed (iron, washing machine, soap, cooking utensils etc). It was comfortable for the 8 of us. The only downside was that the vault of the living room ceiling made sound carry very easily. The walls were also paper thin and you could hear everything! Other than that, it was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay!
