The townhouse was great. First of all - it was clean! It was comfortable for two couples. The mattresses were really comfortable. Due to inclement weather we used the well equipped kitchen a lot. We would recommend this townhouse to all who want an excellent place to stay in Bend. We would like to extend special thanks to the property management team. We accidentally locked our garage door keys in the car and had no access to our car or the garage. We called the number provided. Courtney helped us on the phone and coordinated the delivery of the garage key with Aymee who delivered the key within 30 minutes. Huge thanks and gratitude to Aymee for driving to us in really challenging weather conditions. What a great team!

The house was clean and well laid out. Only complaint was master bedroom had the hardest mattress on the bed it made it difficult to sleep.

It was so much better than we even expected, the only reason we won’t make this property a habit is the bed & pillows… but that’s a personal preference. Communication and cleanliness were off the charts awesome.

Every thing was perfect - I can't find anything to ding. The location was great in the sense that it wasn't in downtown, but was less than five minutes from downtown. It was great also that we could bring our dog.

We had a great weekend getaway at the Old Mill Proxi! It was the perfect location for us to walk to a concert and easy to get to so many restaurants and breweries. The house was clean and exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Bend.

The place was great, especially if you are set to go to a concert at the local venue as it is within walking distance. The only thing that bothered us was the landscapers coming into our backyard with no warning, We were not notified by management they would be by (which would have been totally fine) and the landscaper just walked in and didn't say anything, not even a hello. People have jobs to do and that is not a problem at all, but a heads up is always a nice thing so we are not surprised by a random stranger in the back yard of a place we have rented. When I said something to management about this I felt they just brushed me off so it was a little disappointing. Other than that the place is wonderful, the area is wonderful, 5 stars.

This property was very nice & in a great location. We went to a concert at the amphitheater on the river, and it was less than a half a mile walk back. I would recommend staying here.

Nice fairly new house, great fenced back yard for our dog (although the fence is only 30" tall towards the front). Great neighborhood, seems very safe and clean. Nice sidewalks with beautiful grass in everyone's yard near our house. The house is attached to another house, but it's not a problem. The common wall is far away from the bedrooms.

This condo is a gem in Bend. Its proximity to the Old Mill District allowed us to walk to and from a concert. It is marvelously decorated, and we enjoyed gazing at all the pieces during our stay. The hot tub provided comforting soaks, while the dog was safe in the fenced backyard. Highly recommend this VRBO!

If you only care about location, this is the place. Close to all the fun things to do. However, the beds are literally the cheapest beds you can find anywhere. The house is freezing as the insulation is non-existant and good luck balancing it roasting upstairs and freezing downstairs. Couches are second hand at best with barely any padding. Chore list a mile long. You run this property for them. TLDR: price is fine if you plan on being out hiking the entire time. Don't expect good sleep or comfort.

This condo was well decorated, very clean, spacious and had just about everything needed to make you feel right at home. Plenty of kitchen utensils and bedding. Appreciated the open garage to keep the car out of the snow. Overall a great experience.

Would 10/10 stay here again—it was spotless and nicely kitted out if you choose to cook there. Comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms. The layout of the unit was great and the hot tub was awesome! Completely central location. We had a great time and look forward to returning.

This townhome is truly a perfect vacation home. It’s so clean and wonderfully decorated. Cozy and inviting! It’s close to the Old Mill and all the great things Bend has to offer. The property manager was responsive and very nice. We ended up staying two extra days!

Hadn't stayed in this part of Bend prior, but definitely easy access to the Mill District and Downtown, all really walkable with a little effort. House is well appointed, newly renovated, hot tub a great bonus. Pet friendly with vinyl plank flooring and a nice neighborhood to stroll with them.

Wanted a good location to get to the mountain and not be too far from downtown Bend. This worked out really well for our group. Having use of the hot tub after skiing was great. Hot tub needs a new top though. Be careful moving it as it is very waterlogged and heavy. Would definitely stay again. Nice fenced yard if you have dogs!

We were here for the week on a ski Trip. Appreciated having full access to the garage for gear. Great location, very clean and nicely stocked with everything we needed. Propane provided for BBQ a plus!!

Finding this location was a little complicated. The maps direction took us to the back alley and the neighbors house ( he wasn’t the kindest ) but we were able to find it. The house was beautiful. Hot tub amazing. Stocked with some essentials but definitely had to stop for condiments etc.

We really enjoyed this place. Nice location, nice decor, hot tub, garage, and great beds. The only issue we had was that it is hot upstairs and cool downstairs. We figured out how to close vents and open windows to make it work and it was fine. No problem with management company. All went smoothly.

The house is super cute! The perfect size for 3-4 people. As soon as we walked in, the first thing we noticed was how clean the house was. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms spacious, and the kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials. It’s really close to the Old Mill District—which is perfect! This is probably our favorite VRBO rental!!!!

If you want a relaxing, comfortable and very clean place to stay in Bend, this is a wonderful getaway! It had everything we needed to make a delicious Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen. There were plenty of cooking utensils and pots to use. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had plenty of space. The hot tub was delightful to have on one of the snowy nights.😊We would love to stay again!
