A Five minute walk to Deschutes River Trail system, shopping, movie theater, and great restaurants. This is a 3 bedroom home with 2 Bathrooms with many amenities! TV's in every room, there is also a barbecue in the fenced back yard. Kids and pets will enjoy Blakely park just 2 blocks away. Owner's are local and want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Minutes from Mt. Bachelor ski resort! There is a detached garage with an apartment above it with a long term renter. They do not have access to the backyard or the driveway.

Our stay in Tammy's house was perfect. We had everything we needed and were within walking distance to the Old Mill district. You can tell that a lot of attention to detail was placed into this vacation home. The bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked with everything we could possibly need (and then some!). Tammy checked in with us via text during our stay, which was much appreciated. We were there with 1 other couple and the layout of the home allowed for privacy. The backyard was a perfect place to drink our coffee each morning. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for couples or small families!

The title says it all. Spacious, immaculately clean, awesome location, charming design and decor, well appointed and the owner could not have been more accommodating. The pros are endless and there were absolutely no cons. The highlights: walking distance to The Mill District and there was a concert going on down there that happened to be one of my favorite bands which we could hear from the house. Beautiful interior with comfortable beds and couch Fantastic back yard with a fire pit and water feature Amazing host who was communicative and super accommodating (she allowed us to have a late check out hours past the stated time) I could go on and on! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

The house was well-stocked compared to most properties, especially in the spice category. The neighborhood is quiet, the house was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely look to stay here again on future visits.

This home is the perfect location in Bend for exploring the west side and a mere 31 minute drive to the mountain. Home was well furnished and Tammy was a super host.

Property manager was great and had fresh banana bread from Sparrow Bakery for our arrival- yum! Neighborhood was quiet and easy distance to lots of places. Yard was fenced for our pup and he loved exploring it.

Tammy was super helpful and has a beautiful home, in the perfect location, close to everything, and keeps it well stocked. We had a great time including our dog with a park just a block away. We will definitely be back. Perfect place for families with pets to visit Bend.

We enjoyed our stay in a great house in a quite neighborhood. The owner did a good job helping us feel welcome. The really nice older lady that resides over the garage was not a problem at all – we rarely saw her over our 11 day stay.

Had a great time with some friends and our kids. Loved having the park close by and we were able to walk to the riverfront trails pretty easily too. 10 minute drive max to all of our meals out and delicious coffee. Tammy was also very responsive to all of my questions!

This home was the best stocked rental house I've ever stayed at. Great location and very quiet. My only complaint was that it was never mentioned that someone rented an apartment on property until check-in information was sent. It wasn't a problem, but if I would have known I probably would not have booked the location.

We had a great stay! Tammy was wonderful and the location is perfect! Easily within walking distance to Old Mill District. It was our girl's weekend away. Food was great at the local restaurants and enjoyed the float down the river. We'll be back for sure!

Tammy's place was perfect for our party of six, plus 3 dogs. Great location, and fenced backyard was a real plus. Tammy went out of her way to see that we had all we needed. Highly recommend!

Alert to your cleaning crew. Food was found on some of the spoons. Main bathroom had some kind of splatters on the wall by the towel holder. Quilt in main bedroom had a corner that was brown (not sure what it was). Overall this was a good place and we have already recommended it to friends.

The house was very nicely decorated and stocked with the necessities needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was simple, she replied almost instantly. It was very close, within walking distance, to the Old Mill District and even closer to a nice little park if you have little ones. My only complaint is the master bed sagged so much in the middle, it was extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I took turns sleeping on the couch because with two people in the bed you both fell to the middle. We could have switched beds with our son but just never did. The third bed is quite small, not really large enough for 2 grown people so the house is really more comfortable for 4 or 5 young adult/adults.
