About this house rental
Quiet with lots of privacy. Beautiful view on a 4 acre property. A rarity in this area. Extra large private room and bathroom with PRIVATE ENTRANCE. The room is part of the house but secluded from the main house. Super clean and spacious. The room is equiped with a queen size bed with a dresser and night stands. We border Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and 20 minutes to Downtown Bradenton and Sarasota University Town Center. We are 15 min to the nearest beach, 10 min to the Bradenton Speedway, 20 min to Sarasota Airport, and 11 miles to the nearest hospital. Close to several wedding venues, i.e. 5 minutes to Baker's Ranch and 10 minutes to The Barn at Lone Oak Acres.

The room was spacious and super clean. Everything we needed was provided. The bathroom is across a small hall but it's in a closed off section of the house so there is enough privacy, and the door to the bedroom can be locked. The property is lovely and the hosts are very nice. We will stay there again if we return to the area.

Room , bathroom and hallway were very clean. Owner very supportive of ice pack in her freezer for me for post knee surgery comfort. Very quick withresponse to questions. Thank you!

Location was very convenient for the wedding venue at Baker's Ranch that we were attending. Property and accommodations were very clean, quiet setting and instructions for entry were spot on.

Place was fine for my purposes, nice cool room with private entrance, basic amenities mini fridge coffee maker microwave. Safe area. Nothing fancy but woukd stay again!
