Located in the picturesque Chapel area and close to hiking, shopping, and other attractions, Sedona Silver Spur is a custom-designed home that will delight art lovers. With high ceilings, skylights, and views of the famous Red Rocks, this spacious adobe boasts a chef's gourmet kitchen complete with Viking and Sub-Zero appliances and two outdoor areas perfect for relaxing in the hot tub or entertaining guests. The beautifully landscaped yard features a unique collection of artwork that will captivate your senses. With new hardwood flooring and paint throughout, Sedona Silver Spur offers single-level living with 2209 square feet of space, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms that accommodate up to eight guests. Upon entering the home, you will find yourself in the large great room encompassing the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Living Room – tastefully furnished and features a gas fireplace and a Smart TV. The abundance of windows provides ample natural light, while the art pieces throughout the home add to the Sedona ambiance. Additionally, there is a cozy sitting area with a sleeper sofa. The house comes equipped with board games and Bingo. Kitchen – the fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts stone counters, a gas stovetop, double ovens, and a large island that seats four guests. Amenities include coffee pots, a microwave, spices, pots and pans, and baking plans. Off the kitchen is an office area and a wet bar. The adjacent dining room overlooks the unique outdoor artwork and seats up to six guests. Bedrooms - All bedrooms feature comfortable beds and Smart TVs. Primary Bedroom – has a king-sized bed, a 50” Smart TV, an expansive ensuite with a unique tiled shower, two sinks, and a massive walk-in closet. Guests are also provided robes for use while staying at Sedona Silver Spur. Second Bedroom – also offers a king-sized bed and 50” Smart TV, an exterior door that leads to the hot tub and private lounge area, and access to a shared full bath with tub/shower combo. Third Bedroom – features two XL twin beds that can be converted to a king by request, a 45” Smart TV, and access to the full shared bath. Outdoors – the private grounds offer several distinct areas to enjoy the outdoors. There is a patio with a hot tub and lounge chairs, a covered and partially enclosed space with a sectional sofa, a gas BBQ, heaters, and lovely views of the Red Rocks. There is also a comfortable seating area in the home's front yard. The eclectic artwork surrounding the home accentuates all the outdoor spaces. The home has custom cornhole boards and a ping-pong table for our guests' enjoyment. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs capable of streaming, a full-size washer and dryer in the primary ensuite, central heat and air conditioning, a garage that accommodates one car (ping pong table on the other side), and additional parking in the driveway. Pets – Sedona Silver Spur is a dog-friendly home for up to two dogs with a $200 non-refundable fee. There are no security cameras in Sedona Silver Spur. Pursuant to ARS § 32-2121, the Property Management Company does not solicit, arrange or accept reservations or monies for occupancies greater than thirty-one days. Great house, great metal artwork, architecture, space, comfortable beds, tv's in every room. Great for entertaining a small group ( I had 5 people over every night for dinner. Dining table seats 6 so it was perfect. Rented the house in Jan '24. cold weather , even snowed one day but house is very warm and comfortable. The fireplace throws a lot of heat into the living area very well. Used the hot tub once. Worked well - even in the cold weather. Basically I rented this house to have a reunion with friends that live near Sedona. I was even able to park my truck in the garage! I'd rent this house again.

This place is close enough to the downtown area but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. There is the sound of traffic off the main road/highway but that settles down by 8-9pm. Beds are amazingly comfy. Great bath towels for spa area. Some incidentals such as K-cups provided along with S&P. Bath products provided. Streaming services only. TV’s are in all rooms. Wish we had a chance to check out that outdoor covered patio with patio heaters. Oh well maybe next time. Really enjoyed our stay!

Our small group loved our stay in the Silver Spur home and would gladly choose it again for a future visit. The art and styling of the home set a fantastic tone for the trip to beautiful Sedona and from a practical standpoint we enjoyed the location being a bit out of the hubbub while still easy to access the most popular spots. It felt like a private oasis. The management company was great about answering questions and providing for us (for instance ensuring that there was an iron we could use) and when they had to visit the property for something they were great about communicating about when would be okay with us. Our only downside was that the biggest bathroom is only accessible through a bedroom which is less convenient for friends but would be no problem for couples.

Beautiful home in a beautiful locale, what more could you ask for. The management company was very helpful during check in. The home is as described in the listing, and really even better in person. Walking distance to a wonderful spot for breakfast and dinner/drinks, quick driving distance to many highlights in Sedona. Would definitely book this hidden gem upon a return visit!

Unique home on a cul-de-sac, extremely clean, well-appointed. Cool art inside and out. Excellent gourmet kitchen...indoor/outdoor lounge area, awesome grill....lovely working hot tub...all the beds super comfy...all the TV's were great....ping pong table in garage was fun.

The property was clean and comfortable and had quiet, relaxing, outdoor areas to enjoy the views. We appreciated that the owners provided guide books and a Red Rock trail parking pass. The hot tub made for a relaxing evening after taking in some hikes in the area. The artwork throughout the home added a special touch.

Our stay at this lovely, artsy, cozy home was absolutely perfect. We loved the location and we were grateful it was not in the main tourist area of Sedona. It is located slightly south and removed us from the frenzy of people but kept us close enough to the action. We enjoyed the property and home so much that we simply stayed in most of the time and just soaked up the ambiance. There's plenty of room, a beautiful and efficient kitchen, cozy bedrooms (best pillows EVER! ), nice hot tub, cozy fireplace and everything accentuated with beautiful metal art pieces. They are everywhere and tastefully placed. There were ample towels, dishes, cups, multiple coffee makers and even a hot water kettle. Really everything you could want. I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to go to Sedona. You won't be disappointed. It's fabulous - all the way around.

First time in a VBRO for us. Everything was beyond our expectations. Cleanliness, amenities, newness. There was metal art everywhere! Very impressive and unique, way better than a condo or hotel. Didn’t realize it was up against a sound wall from the Highway but once there, you could only hear it when outside, no big deal. Will definitely stay again! Thank you!

On a property with little reviews. And got lucky! It worked out very well. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and 6 people would have fit comfortably. There was plenty of light and all the home features are high end. We would stay again.
