The sandy beach is just steps behind the house and you will have three patios to enjoy your views from! The living room is a great place to unwind and relax after a sunny day at the beach; watch your favorite movies on the flatscreen TV, or head over to the beachfront deck for a relaxing evening sipping on a delicious smoothie or iced coffee. Laundry shouldn't be a problem as this home provides guests with a spacious laundry room with a washer/dryer combo and a laundry sink. Things to know: No smoking No garage access No pool access nor grills All linens and bath towels supplied (excluding beach towels). Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We booked this house for a long weekend in October for girls weekend. Great location oceanfront with beautiful views from the deck and the main living area. Area was quiet. Beautiful beach for walking and watching the surfers. Each bedroom has en suite bathroom so very convenient. House is beautifully appointed and well stocked for eating in. We did not cook any big meals as there were only 3 of us. Close to shops and restaurants. Will definitely book this house again. You can tell how well loved this house is by the owner. Appliances are new and top notch. Very appreciative of that.

Amazing beach house that was clean and the managing company was very easy to work with. Beautiful walking beach with beach bars a short walk away (1 mile). Four bedrooms with bathrooms was perfect for our all girls week.

The house is very comfortable and well located. It's close to good restaurants and five minutes from Fernandina Beach. We will definitely stay there again. Our only suggestion would be to bring your own beach chairs, but you can rent them just down the road if needed.

This house was perfect for 4 adult couples. We all had separate rooms and baths. The porches are amazing for coffee and dolphin watching. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and dinning. Great table for board games as well.

The location was perfect. The house layout is good. Master upstairs. Three bedrooms downstairs. One bedroom has convertible sofa which is not so comfortable.

This house was the perfect size for our Party of 8. It is decorated beautifully and right up against the beach with only a 8 minute drive to downtown and anything else you might need when staying on the island. If we are ever back in the area we won’t think twice about staying here again.

This house was awesome. Panoramic views, steps from the sand, very clean and comfortable. Everything was provided including fast internet and lots of tv channels. Every bedroom had a private bath. Management company checked in with us. We splurged to celebrate my mom's 90th birthday. Family rented the house across the street. Beach is very private. Would highly recommend!

This is a wonderful beachfront home and very convenient to accessing all of Amelia Island. Nice collection wildlife-themed furnishings. Private bath for each of four bedrooms. Great decks on two levels, unobstructed and close view of the shore. Vacasa was proactive in assuring that our trip would proceed, even with a recent hurricane of concern. they were also very responsive, great communications.

Our family has stayed on this island for more than 15 years and by far this one is our favorite… However, Vacasa has raised the price by 35% and we will no longer be staying in this house. Greed is not good for repeat customers!!

Everything met our expectations. We could not locate kitchen towels, and the dryer door needs adjusting…hard to close. Parking was limited, but we made it work. Overall, excellent property and stay!

This is a beautiful home with a fabulous view and just steps from the beach. LOTS of room and one of the best things is that every bedroom has it's own bathroom which is FANTASTIC!!! We will be back!!!

I have stayed in VRBO's to the 5 Star hotels of the world. When I travel, I do not expect for every place to be as clean as my home.On the other hand,I expect decent and clean at a minimum . This home is not that. The carpets were nasty. This is the monitoring management companies fault, I assume ? Some furniture was worn. As an oceanfront owner myself, I understand, renters abuse a property. I choose not to rent mine. If the choice is made to rent, keep it nice. Charge for it but, NICE is the key word. In the rating below I will choose not to refer a friend until proof is given these issues have been addressed. I don't expect to hear back from anyone. Thanks

Very comfortable home right on a beautiful beach. Easy to relax!
The only complaint is with the property management. I emailed ahead of time to ask about certain amenities so I’d know about what to bring. Turns out they were wrong about everything I ask about and were generally unhelpful.
